You have to be very careful while doing any form of dands for the first time, just doing push ups regularly doesn't count. I impinged my shoulder doing them improperly please be careful guys

Mmm no it's for build muscle and strength ...fatloss is not easy but not so hard you need one thing that is healthy diet and maintaining taken calories that's it and also you should do cardio and what you hv said that you want to loose chest fat but buddy spot reduction is impossible you need to loose whole body fat percentage i suggest you to do skipping for 10-15 mins. After doing your main workout and playing outdoor games like football or basketball anything you want that burns calories
