- Making this pork chop sandwich on the Blackstone griddle was a lot of fun and it was very simple and most of all, very good!

Ingredients:
Tenderized pork
2 cups Flour
1 cup Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
Chili
1/2 lb Ground beef
3-4 tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Beef powder
Slaw
Cabbage
Mayo
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Mustard

Up where I am I believe Cherokee Red is the ticket, but Cheerwine sounds good too, I think they are similar, this sandwich looks really good.

Ever since Sam, The Cooking Guy told me to use Mayonnaise instead of butter to toast bread or buns... I never looked back. its Good Groceries!!! lol BTW I say Good groceries here in NM, people look at me like I'm crazy hahahaha!!
I live in Mount Airy and wanted to let you know, you can bypass the line if you want to order to go. Just step inside the door and place your order. What you made looks good but you really need to try it first hand. One thing, the chili has very little ground beef in it, they grind any left over pork chops and hot dogs for the chili. There is sugar in the slaw and the chili too.

Finally got a Blackstone this past Christmas and we love it. Always coming up with different things to do on it and this looks like this will be on the menu pretty soon. Looks pretty good, I would like it with ketchup only but we make what we in the central US call pork cutlets and they look a lot like them but we use breading not a batter. Good either way in my book! Cook on ! Gonna try one with chili now! Till nextvideo stay safe!

Two of my favorite places when I visit NC from Texas are Snappy Lunch And Roast Grill in Raleigh. Checked my pic of my last pork chop sammich and no tomato but looked pretty close. Will try this soon...and a local liquor store actually keeps Cheerwine on the shelf.

My husband and I got married at the recreated Mayberry Courthouse (about 4 years ago) by an Andy Griffith impersonator. We love all things Andy! Snappy Lunch wasn’t an option for lunch THAT day, (we opted for Cracker Barrel since we had about 10 people) but I’m excited to try this recipe.

Seriously, both you and Griddle Guys are missing a huge merchandising opportunity by not offering aprons with your logo's on them in your stores..I seriously would buy from you both! Ruined many shirts since I bought my flat top a few weeks ago and learning how to use it...Aprons should come in the dang box LOL..

You need to stay and eat! I go about 10:30-10:45 am on Saturday morning. Also stop by the Dairy Dreme and get a pounded steak sandwich! GOOD!
