Madara Uchiha was the legendary leader of the Uchiha clan. He founded Konohagakure alongside his childhood friend and rival, Hashirama Senju, with the intention of beginning an era of peace. When the two couldn't agree on how to achieve that peace, they fought for control of the village, a conflict which ended in Madara's death. Madara, however, rewrote his death and went into hiding to work on his own plans. Unable to complete it in his natural life, he entrusted his knowledge and plans to Obito Uchiha shortly before his actual death. Years later, Madara would be revived, only to see his plans foiled and ultimately, and finally, realising the error of his ways and making amends with Hashirama before his final death.

Is it because Kaguya is stupid or because they only had to touch her in order to seal her? That anime adaptation ruined the fate of the manga. Madara's first name drop was supposed to be on the Tenchi Bridge Arc.
@@mlg_awasa5047 You do realize 'Kyuubi' is the Japanese equivalent of Nine-Tails. It's how they say it in the manga, for example, the manga says 'Konoha' instead of the Hidden Leaf.
Sorry, but I have to disagree with Madara being well-written. The reincarnation nonsense is basically his drive of character, and what could've been a great villain was cut short from Kaguya's shitty presence.
Madaras words of wisdom: "wake up to reality" "when theres winners there will also be losers" " ill build a world full of victors peace love and no war" and " a clone is no fun, ill wait for the real hashirama".
And the war Madara instigated brought about an era of peace like the world had never known. He did it.

The reason why Madara was back stabbed is because introducing Kaguya would give the Boruto series more viewership since the "Otsutsukis" play a huge roll there. It was a business move.

Madara is the one of the most badass characters in naruto in my opinion
You could argue that Madara is not the strongest character, but he easily takes home the title of being the most tenacious. The dude is like Vegeta. This guy was literally evolving and creating strategies while he single handedly was taking on the entire shinobi world. I think his genius is overlooked because of his raw power and exuberant personality. One of my favorite fictional characters of all time.
Madara has to be one of the coolest characters in Naruto and goes through anything to rule the world.

I'm pretty sure the edo tensei zombies have infinite Chakra. So anything before he was fully revived wouldn't count in measuring his Chakra levels. Not only that but he absorbed massive amounts of Chakra several times, therefore replenishing his Chakra levels and even heightening them from his base form.

Love the detailed review! Madara was truly a great villain. I do think the zestu backstab was stupid and kind of ruined it but was still good I guess. I think if they mentioned and hyped up hashirama and madara(madara at the least) then It would've made the fourth shinobi war waaaaaaay more satisfying and I think Masashi Kishimoto wouldn't even felt like he needed Kaguya.

Madara's dream of peace was justified, given how he witnessed his brothers die on the battlefield and anyone else he cared for. Thus to create a world where there are no wars and those who were gone are still there.
