So glad to see you post! Like others have mentioned, I’ve loved your channel from the start. God loves you. We love you! Last year, I went to the hospital because I was feeling suicidal and was diagnosed with bipolar II. It’s been a journey, but I’m very happy now. I know mental health can be a struggle, but I promise that it WILL get better!

Been watching your videos since 2014 and still get excited to see when you post. I have been on a mental health journey for 8 years and I don’t think people really get how hard it is. I have severe ocd and it fucking sucks. Some days/months/weeks are pretty great and some days/weeks/months/years are a literal nightmare. I just appreciate you sharing as much as you do because it is very difficult and scary to share that stuff with the public when you know it probably doesn’t make any sense to those who don’t have mental illness. But keeping it in contributes to the isolation, so thanks. Thanks for be willing to just talk about it.
(And celebrate all the victories, even if it’s just washing a single dish or doing one load of laundry 😂 I feel that so hard!!!)

I’ve been having an incredibly hard time with mental health, I also have an addictive personality and smoke weed everyday.. I’ve been trying to quit but I’m having a really rough go- I understand the problem but I can’t make myself want to fix it no matter how disgusted in myself I am.. I related to this video a lot and it’s so nice to see you back; thank you for sharing your life and the ups and downs- this made me feel, I dunno, normal?

what helps me is the free endorphins from exercise and getting fresh air/seeing the sunset. It doesn’t cure my depression but it does help me change my setting/frame of mind and makes me feel good that I’m taking steps to take care of myself. Also trying to be mindful of what apps made me feel negatively and trying to reduce my screen time on them
Also trying to stop smoking, just to give myself a break mentally/financially, it’s so hard, but you’re not alone! We can do it ✨💓

Your answer to the mental health question is so much how I feel/am. If I can get out of bed and go to work, that’s my achievement for the day done. The best thing I’ve thought of to try explain it is: it’s like you’re trying to walk the wrong way up an escalator. Some days you’re halfway up and fall back down. Other days you can walk up at all and some days you’re close to the top and feel good for a bit.
The cycle and journey is a fucking roller coaster for sure ❤️

Sign up for dance classes! I didn't start until my mid twenties and it was the best decision I made. Felt so free and able to express myself. Visits a couple dance studios to figure which vibe you like best. A lot of them welcome new comers of any age.

I can relate so much when it comes to accomplishing small things during the day, it’s a good day if I eat/shower/ get 1 small task done. I’ve watched you for years, and I just want you to know that I monitor how you’re doing like an old friend. Quarantine has been HARD. Undeniably so. I’ve been struggling a lot with feeling blah and like my days all run together. You’re not alone and I hope that you keep hope of better times ahead. This is totally personal and feel free to ignore, but I just want you to know that therapy has helped me find myself again and I’ve watched it do the same for other people. Not sure if it’s something you do/have thought about. No matter what though I’m a 22 year old girl that’s watched you since I was probably 14 and I always keep up with you and hope the best for you! You got this.
I also want to make sure that this comment doesn’t make you feel like anything you’re feeling is not normal. I totally relate to almost everything you share when you’re struggling.
Also I went through the same thing with smoking! I used smoke everyday and all of a sudden I realized I actually felt worse when I was high than I did sober. Now I also get soo paranoid smoking around other people haha ugh

When I would cut it was for more of a release in super stressful situations.
I literally felt like I was listening to myself talk during a lot this video. I moved to LA alone in July and it’s definitely been rough.
