  • When my buddy Brendan reached out and asked if I wanted to come down to drive the Nemo Tunnel Jeep Trail, I of course said yes and made my way to Tennessee. This has been high on my list for a long time now and for good reason. It is not every day that you get to drive a nearly a half mile underground with your rig! I can tell you that it lived up to the hype. And to cap things off, the Catoosa Wildlife Management Area is right around the corner and offers endless wheeling in some remote Tennessee mountains. I hope you enjoy the video and next up will be content from Michigan!!

My family lives near Catoosa and although I haven't been there for several years, we spent a lot of time at Nemo just watching the trains come shooting out of the tunnels.
I drove my brand new Explorer I'd had for like a week, through the tunnel and I parked near the trestle. As the train cars were zooming by, I thought I would see if I could toss a piece of gravel up and inside one of the cars...it hit the side of the train and came shooting back right at the windshield of the Explorer!
I told my wife (and the insurance company) that a piece of rock flew off a dump truck I was following.
    Live and learn...

If I drove my rig 8 hours & once it dawned on me that I drove all that way to drive through a tunnel & a dirt road that didn't even require you to go into 4 lo I'd be fuming...do you realize that one of the best offroad parks on the planet wasn't too far from there...Adventure Offroad Park, yet that's what you drove 8 hours for?
All good, live your life. I can tell by the way y'all rigs are built with all that Smittybilt junk that Jeep Life isn't the focus of this channel.

Buddy you’re in the game for all the wrong reasons if you can’t see the fun in the trip I took. Got to see one of my childhood best friends and take our two jeeps to a tunnel that I’ve always wanted to go to... that’s the point. Who said you have to be in 4lo for a good off-road trip? Talking about my smittybilt fenders now? Yeah I’ll spend good money on the important parts like the lift and steering components... not gonna go overboard on flat fenders 😂 you gotta lighten up man, Jeepers are supposed to support Jeepers. Thanks for watching!
