All right I wanted to list conversion rates and the price… I forgot because I’m a little busy travelling at 🇹🇼 the moment. I paid $3049 NTD which some might feel is expensive. $131 🇨🇦 €98 🇪🇺 ¥13,200 🇯🇵 £82 🇬🇧 $142 🇸🇬 $102 🇺🇸
@@LayersOfJenn - Honestly, that isn't that expensive. Because, if the rate of that Air BnB is only $3,049 NTD a night...that's roughly around $102 USD a night. And, usually 3 Star Hotels in the US are either more expensive than $102 USD or around $102. As for Air BnBs in the States, it can definitely be more than $102 a night. Thank you so much, for filming this Air BnB. I most definitely would love to stay in that Air BnB when I visit Taiwan again. And, boy, do I REALLY MISS Taiwan, because it's been probably over 23 years since I've last visited Taiwan, if I remember correctly. I used to go to Taiwan fairly often, with my parents' and older brother, when I was a kid growing up, to visit my grandparents on both sides of my family. And, of all the UA-cam Videos I have seen regarding Taiwan, I know and realized that the Country and Island has completely changed/improved/evolved for the better. That said, what I've learned from watching many UA-cam Videos of Taiwan, is that it seems like to me that the Country has evolved into a Mini-US, where Taiwan has a "Melting Pot" of quite a few foreigners of different backgrounds and cultures living on the Island Country, besides its natural-born citizens. And, their crime rates and Healthcare have improved exponentially, the last time I've visited Taiwan.
I would definitely visit! That bathroom in the air bnb was incredibly cute! I love how curated the room was so every little detail matched and meshed with the theme!
I would definitely consider visiting Hsinchu! Looks like every place has something to offer and it all depends on what you are looking for or are interested in. I prefer to get lost in most places and just explore 🙌🏻 Love the Airbnb ❤️ sexy vibes!!!
What a beautiful spot! I was staying at the Sol Hotel all last week and when I go back, I may try to snag that spot! Thanks for sharing! I loved staying in Hsinchu!
Jenn's lens is delicate, and the content of the introduction allows the international community to understand the city of Hsinchu, Taiwan. I like it very much.
I recently became aware of you channel, and I LOVE it. I have been living here in Taiwan(Chiayi) for the past 3 years and 2 months and never explored the island. Now because of your great videos I'm going to start exploring. Thank You!!!!
The AirBnB is giving Great Gatsby meets Fifty Shades of Grey. Very chic and sexy. The bar looked cool too. Makes me miss going out for drinks with friends.
Such a nicely done presentation, thanks for sharing this trip. And I need to go to the taco 🌮 place if I go there. Hsinchu is a less known destination, but the nearby industrial park is where TSMC located. I really enjoyed this video!
Taiwan is interesting and fun, I've been to Taiwan six times for extended business trips mostly in Hsinchu but got severe food poisoning four out of six times and I am a foodie with an iron stomach that has eaten stuff all over the world with no troubles. Beware where you eat, the more the food is "local" you're probably better off than eating some "foreign" style food like tacos...she was brave, very brave.
Could you run video about how you like about Taiwan and the characters you found in Taiwan ? We would love to know how you feel about living in Taiwan😘
i don't think Hsinchu is boring too, after high school i leave Hsinchu and go to taipei(twenty years) than go to china for work ten years, i lived many cities in china and go back two years ago, Hsinchu is not big city but i feel relax and clam in Hsinchu
I don't know... if Hisnchu or the area around 竹科/Hsinchu Science Park is... unexciting, try 南科/Tainan Science Park near ShanHua or AnDing in Tainan. q:
After all most bikes are made in Taiwan now. While I don’t think you are the one to dive deep here you can talk about cultural impacts. And the power of cycling in Japan and the force of cycling in the woke that comes from Taiwan
your video convinced me that hsinchu is very boring, because your title is hsinchu, i was expecting to get to know the places, but out of 13 minutes, 8 minutes was spent on the hotel, and the rest of time on the drink you had. your content is disappointing
Wow, amazing place! Is it expensive?

@@bingsterc7621 Taiwan's health insurance is one of the best in the world, and it is safer than European and American countries.
I feel like that your outfit is perfectly blended into the hotel room lol
I may or may not have planned that 😅😂
I think it's nice to live in a place where women can feel safe to walk on the street at night alone.
Definitely still keep your wits about you but it does feel great so walk and feel safe 👌🏻
Taiwan is not boring to visit, Hsinchu (新竹) is a wonderful place.
I agree!!! 👏🏻
I am from Hsinchu, thank you
妳很厲害!👍總能找到特殊的住宿和bar
😊😊💅🏻💅🏻
Hsinchu looks so wonderful, thanks for showing us more beautiful places. Also your outfit girl, gorgeous.
Hsinchu is definitely special in its own way 👏🏻♥️

OMG!This is the city where I grow up. I haven't been back for two years(currently in Vancouver). Thank you for making this video. Love you
Hopefully you get to return home soon and see loved ones for a visit ♥️
Hello Jenn! Im moving to Hsinchu in two weeks. This is really really exciting. Thanks for the video.
Ohhhhhhh exciting! Welcome to Hsinchu in a few weeks ♥️
I just got back from a week in Hcinshu and absolutely loved it there!
Very cool place! Looks like a fun place to stay and I love the idea of a book too. So fun!
I’m noticing that’s a common trend in Airbnb‘s!! Sometimes I feel guilty reading other peoples entries😅😂
Beautiful Art Deco bnb! Loved the aesthetic! Too bad T wasn't with you Jenn!😉🤎
Next time 😉💥
Love the black theme in this airbnb! That tea cocktail looks and sounds tasty!
I love the tea cocktails in Taiwan. They are so so special and unique!
I have been missing your videos the last few weeks! Love the place you stayed!!!
Yes I’ve been a little bit busy preparing 😅 but I have scheduled some videos for the next few weeks ♥️
Impressive find on your part, will add to summer trip list & leave daughters with grandma. Have a great week to all.
Have a great week ✨
Staycation to me means I take a day off from work and stay at home doing nothing. Your staycation sounds a lot more interesting than mine!
😂 It’s popular than Canada for people to take a vacation in their own city because Canada is kind of big to be travelling around for just a day

Hsinchu is also known as Wind city. I went there in February. Suits both young & old generations :)

been! Thanks Jenn!

Is there a stove above the fridge? I can’t tell. The Airbnb post says you can cook but there’s no pics of a stove or hot plate or anything.
