- Today I did a little something different and did a ride along POV while I discuss my first hand experience between Cobb OTS and my Drunkmann OTS.

Getting a 4.9 for 0-60 without trying too hard is awesome! I had an 04 sti making 400hp before and the VB’s pickup from a low speed feels faster at stock form lol. Was there further fine tuning with the Drunkman ots after instalking it? Or are you still running the same tune as you bought it?
This is just the Drunkmann OTS that they sell direct. Nothing else done to vehicle performance wise.

How’d you get the door card out? The part surrounding the handle that is either red or orange. Wanting to wrap mine.
I’ll have a video dropping soon on that specific , BUT I do have a video out for audio upgrade part 1. In that video I step by step show you how to remove the door panel.
Does tune help with shift bog? It's like your shift are really clean. Good driver or tune help? Thank you
I don’t know that I ever experienced “shift bog” even when it was brand new off the lot. With that said though the tune does help with overall power band and performance.
Ive seen +30hp and +90tq with 93 ots tune only.
Id love to see a 91 ots gains and knock/dam/psi numbers! If u ever go back to 91 ;)
If a person got a pro tune 91 they put out amazing power. But ….. I have access to 93 so why not 🤷🏻♂️🤣
If I had easy access to ethanol I’d be tuning for that but sadly I don’t.

I'm using dmann E30 for stock VA with only CBE. Thing pulls hard. Very different from stock

Truthfully??? No
Even with the sleeve installed you need a tune for it. I would recommend Dmann

I still hold 25-26
Mpg doesn’t change with normal driving, it’s only during spirited driving that it changes
im glad you said it, bone stock car, cobb 91 OTS, running 93, an di get feedback knock and fine learn.
and after watching a few more minutes yesss! 93 octane "top tier" gas and the 93 OTS is giving DAM drops and knock under some basic 2,3,4 pulls. I convinced myself it was bad gas but see the same thing

There is also only ONE 93 octane pump but luckily it’s by my place of work …. Perks of living in the sticks man hahahah

It will be professionally tuned once I have more parts on it. This OTS tune was gone through heavily by Anthony prior to deploying it. I haven’t had a shred of problems. It was designed for stock car which is what I’m running. I had issues with Cobb OTS. Talked with Anthony and got this OTS and have been set. Further mods will be followed by specific tune.
@@Flatline_WRX Regardless a generic tune to me is a blind assumption for safety...a dynotune proves safety.... I understand waiting to have all your parts on just seems impulsive to do that given if something goes wrong with the engine your already in a bind with no factory warranty.
Your in a bind OTS or pro tune.
I monitor values every time I get behind the wheel. I knew the latch I was taking and did it for a reason. When I first got the ots tune there wasn’t really any parts aftermarket aside from ets intake and ets axle back. Anthony is a proven tuner and does amazing work. Many others like me have ran him without issue.

I had both...cobb is good until you install the Dmann....and he is who you need to talk too...

What if you only had 92 octane available is there a map for that?
There is 91 and 93 as just OTS maps. I would run the 91 map he has. Still great gains over factory and Cobb both.
