omg thank you so much! I’ve followed a million tutorials and none of them worked on Photoshop on my ipad, but this did! You just saved me a massive headache
Thank you! You are the first person on UA-cam that has explained this so simply. I tried copying other mockup tutorials and it seems like they skip a step. So thank you for the great content
So glad to find your channel. A lot of valuable info. Also your voice and vibe is also calming which is super helpful for me to be able to absorb the info. Thank you brother!
This is exactly what I was looking for.. how to make the print look realistic. Thank you!! What do you suggest to make a very white background look more like real paper?
Thank you so much for this tutorial, Brandon! I'm so glad I found your channel! Subscribed!!!🙂 I'd love to see a tutorial on what you use to create the art itself? Is it all digital or what medium do you use, like on the tiger one? If it's not all digital, a tutorial on photographing artwork would also be much appreciated!! Thank you again!!
Yoooo Brandon, I was following along but my picture had an object in front of the frame, so I was thinking "How am I gonna get my artwork behind that object?". But then you hit us with the MULTIPLY and bam! Out of nowhere my art was nicely behind the object, my mind was blown! Thanks a lot man, I appreciate your tutorials!
thank you for this - do you have a video where you show users how to place their digital artwork behind an object in the background? For example, the frame might have a lamp shade partially covering the frame. Hope this makes sense!
Your videos are great! I'm wondering what you think of something like Bulk Mockup Generator- would you recommend that or do you use it to make mockups faster? Thanks!
Thanks, as always, for your great content, Brandon! I have a question regarding gallery walls. If I wanted to create a collection of digital prints and show them in a gallery wall mock-up, how do I know the frame sizes without guessing? I would want to be able to let the customer know the frame sizes in the mock-up in case they want to have them printed to create the same configuration. I hope this makes sense! Thanks!
Hi Brandon, I'm nearly at the point of selling my own art and recently found your channel. Not only are the videos very helpful for a 'noob' like me but your voice and demeanour is very calming and your personal art style suits you very well. Most other channels, whilst also very helpful, I actually can't wait to just grab the tips and move on as the exciteable, marketing style of video presentation is sometimes very 'grating' for me. Again, your art is lovely and I might head over and buy one of your printables for my own walls. =]
@@brandontimothy I do have an issue if you can help I've posted on Reddit but had no responses. From your tutorial I was exploring more avenues.. I'm using the 3d part of Photoshop. And I only get displayed base colour and interior colour. And not all the sliders sucu as bump etc.. any help with this one? Only if you have time.
Thank you Brandon, I really like watching your videos, your tutorials are interesting and very clear. I'm new with printables and wall art, do I really need Photoshop to get it well done? I started learning to use Illustrator.
Great content! Pretend I'm an affinity user learning photoshop. How are you toggling between the first (Bear Pic) and second (Tiger Pic)photo at the end of this video?
thank you so much for this tutorial, does this mean that we need to find a frame mockup that is the same size (ratio) of the image? Thus, each of the 5 ratio prints will have its own frame mockup image?
Hi Brandon, you do a fantastic job explaining things; however, I can’t figure out what program you’re using to make these? I’m a newbie and just opened my Etsy shop and making everything in Canva. I am selling my travel photography prints and need to make thumbnails putting my photos in frame mockups. The first thumbnail is a small frame and it’s coming out very blurry. Can you please make any suggestions? Much appreciated! 😊
Hi Brandon. Thank you so much for this video. One question: What type of lincense should we use when buying this mockups on creative market for etsy print listings?
Hello Brandon thanks for your advice. I really like your videos. I would like you to guide me: I know that to upload my wall art on Etsy it has to be at least 20 megabytes. I made a folder in Google Drive with the images of my art, when I downloaded it it was compressed in a zip folder and it is very heavy. Could you tell me what I have to do? Thank you very much for your guidance.
Hello, im newbie if i make the drawing in adobe illustrator, do i have to adjust the size of the mockup in the psd file? because as far as I know if it doesn't match the size of the mockup, the image that has been made doesn't look good when applied to the mockup. Please help
Sure thing! It's important to make sure the size of your drawing in Adobe Illustrator matches the size of the mockup in your PSD file to avoid issues with quality and appearance. Just double-check the size and resolution, and make sure to preview your artwork in the mockup before finalizing everything.
Possibly a dumb ? But I’m not tech savvy If you purchase a mock-up on your phone you can move it to your computer or tablet through like email or something right???
It isn't restricted to black and white images only. The Multiply mode multiplies the colors of the blending layer and the base layers, resulting in a darker color.
Brandon, I'm so inspired by your channel and what you're doing. But I'm stuck! I have wanted to create digital prints on Etsy for a couple years now and after watching your video, I signed up to start a shop. I have been working on a unique print (I'm very experienced in photoshop and illustrator) BUT I can't figure out how to do a batch action, or run a script so that I can avoid having to make multiple art files of my layouts for different frame sizes. To make one print and export it so it's looking good on all the different sizes takes sooooooooooooo long! What shortcuts have you found to make it easier? Or is it just one of those things that you have to get through, to be able to launch a digital print product with oodles of frame sizes in the purchase? HELP!
i personally have 1 illustrator file for each ratio and create a whole bunch of artboards, then dump all the art pieces in there. Export the artboard needed or all at once. i will do this until the file is too heavy to handle :)

Brandon, have you seen the trustpilot reviews of creative market?
How do you upload your mock ups though because if you use a POD for the print itself is there a seperate upload option for the mock up
Could you do a video on how to size your artwork for prints and how to split one photo into 3 even pieces?

The commercial license :)

is there a way of doing mock ups without photoshop? I dont currently have a license.
If you search frame mock up generators, you'll find a couple online options, hope that helps!
You can do mock ups with smart objects with photopea: ua-cam.com/video/6CjBxRRjXjU/v-deo.html
any free mock ups for start up?

What’s the best way to change the frame in the mock-up?
