Mr Jeff... I don't know how I missed this video. We have a stand on scrubber. And I always wipe our squeegee off after use. And I would usually see some lines or streaks. Well after I saw this video I took the squeegee apart. I wound up getting a good handful of goop out of the system. Turned the squeegee blades over. And did my usual PM on it. World of difference with the scrubber now. No streaks. Great info on the blades. I was intimidated at first. But it worked. Ty sir
Hi Jeff, Good video and one thing that I'd like to mention is never go in reverse with the squeegees down on a walk behind floor scrubber it will destroy the squeegees front and back.
Nice video, I wish every custodian was as good as you. One other thing I like to do is have the loop in the hose as close to the squeegee (far down) as possible; because it keeps water from dripping back onto the floor.
Oh man your making my head swell lol. I still have a lot to learn. I just know there are a lot of untrained folks out there. Good folks to. They just need some guidance. That’s what I enjoy doing. Helping out.
We actually have a ice floor scrubber that has a square pad that you can strip the floor but i have worked with tenants both t 3 and t5 that have a round pads
I've been a custodian for 10 years for our school. I had to learn how to maintain the floor machine alone. Great vid.
I had to learn the same way.

My work has the Tennant T300 floor scrubber
What I do every so often is wipe the rubber with rubbing alcohol. It gets the film off and makes them nice and tacky.
Never tried that.

We have a tomcat square walk behind for floor stripping. Plus a Clark edge. Never wet strip again.
