honestly out of all fight scenes that got inspiration from the original OLD BOY, the prison hallway fight beats it, in my personal opinion. then the Old Boy hallway fight scene, then the Daredevil fight scene. those 3 scenes are my top hallway fight scenes. for some reason, wu-tang's protect ya neck plays in background in my head when i see these scenes. lol
When he got the role he went to a comic store to get a bunch of punisher comics. He got to the register and the cashier geeked and Jon was like "yea I'm researching the role." The cashier went and picked specific issues for him. So we got lucky. Lucky he got the role. Lucky he's an actor who actually bothered to research a comic character (alot of actors dont) and Lucky the local nerd gave him the "right" issues.
