Some of the coolest electronic music I’ve ever made was done with a cassette tape player and recorder. I recorded certain parts, reversed it, recorded it again, then recorded the reverse track playing in reverse. Made such a cool sound.
beyond excellent, well done Wes and Jacob....gives the viewer a better perspective just viewing the components that are actually part of the presentation. So often 'vids' are done with a wall of modules with spaghetti everywhere and the theme seems to go off topic and go towards a performance. Again well done and thanks...Peace
You two are ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS🐙! Groovy STREGA ideas. I spend hours playing my STREGA...quite sure I'm obsessed with it. More videos please. By you two cuz you're just HilArIOUS & have crazy-good ideas. Ciao~💡🙉💥🐾🎵
When Tascam or any other of the sleepy devs out there do offer and ship new 4-track cassettes, they'll be stunned at how fast they sell out, and they'll find their profits going up 500% or more overnight.

I think they are difficult without the module in front of you. I try to read manuals before buying a product but with some of their stuff you really need to move with the manual hands on
Honestly can't get enough of these two with their healthy awkward energy and endless love language with modular synthesis.

Hah! Found my way to you through Knobs and your awesome modular synth contest. You're FUN! I'll be back.
Oh man, that first drone is something else 🔥🔥🔥
It sounds incredible
goosebumps
I love these patch pal videos so much! More please!
I actually was watching it on the weekend Lol. Thanks for the great demo, guys!!
These guys are having fun :)

I was watching on the weekend!
Very interesting!
Nerds! You make Jack from Anderton’s look like an accountant. Nice work.
That was a fun vid - very entertaining and informative...
so dope! love these videos
that crow sound is everything
Will have to try that tape loop thing..I made my own loops...interesting Tascam..I have a very early 4 track.
Loved this
this was a fun vid, thanks guyz
That intro was like Blade Runner on steroids.
So a replicant and a terminator combined?
Like Blade Runner on Ivermectin!
That last set up is what I want to get. I'm just going to start selling stuff until I have enough for 0-cost, 0-cntl, and strega.
zip zap zoop strega is a hoot!
It's all the Cortini albums in a box.
Wowzers!
Patch Pals 4 Life 🙌
Is that a coffee cup on the right? I like how you guys used a vintage tascam tape recorder 🎛🎚
We used the cardboard tube from an ALM module to run the tape loop around, but a coffee cup would work too.
@@PerfectCircuit whats the purpose of that? longer delay time? sounds good!🤘
@@off711 yes, you can have a longer tape loop without having to make a complicated loop inside the cassette shell.
Shocking!!!!!!!
Ha! Love the crow sound. POWER OF THE CROW! FIGHT MILK!
Why did you kill the crow?
Rad AF
Jacob, you definitely do not look like Alessandro Cortini's son hahaha
Awesome video too \m/
Thumbs up for your self-ironic presentation.Very likeable, makes you very human and buddy-like.
Oh wow man.😃
What was that mini case that had the maths in it?!
It is a 4MS Pod, they come in a few different sizes, you can get them here: www.perfectcircuit.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=4ms%20pod
“Slightly Kinky” is a great module name

i like the first host of this show. jacob looks like my ex
I’m not watching it on a weekend.
Please behave like responsible auditory adults. No screwing around just having sonic fun for hours ok?
I think your tape player is broken.
Make noise has some great products. But their manuals aren’t that good.

Feh! Manuals? Who reads manuals?
Proud in-putter of 666 👍likes for this video.
