@@benregnier8920 I came back to this as I hadn't gotten the Strega yet, but suspect it will be my main Christmas present. I think exactly as you, if I had the 3 lined up, I'd make 0-CTRL, then Strega, then 0-Coast.
This is the most compelling demo I've seen of Strega so far. 🤘
A great way to make this patch even more interesting I found was adding feedback!! Take the output of the Strega into the right jack in the 0coasts sum section, and the output of the 0coast on the left, then route the resulting sum back into the external input of the Strega instead of connecting the 0coast directly. This way you can control the amount of feedback with the attenuverter in the 0coast sum section it’s really a lot of fun

My brain froze and needed to reboot because Pete of Make Noise sounds remarkably like whoever narrates Intellijel's demos. Tone and cadence are a close match. That's not a bad thing. It's a great voice for demos. And this patch kicks ass!

I didn’t realize that the slope continues to modulate the multiply even when they is something patched to the output.

Yes! In almost every case normalizations like that are on the input rather than the output. That way you can use the output for multiple destinations without need for a multiple :) Thanks for watching!

Nice this one is giving me some fresh ideas! Been using my Strega / 0-ctrl combo almost like a strange dubdelay/dubsiren combo.. sounds freaking amazing. Really versatile little setup, super fun to play with all the parameters live, truly feels like an instrument.

Tasty drone. Love my 0-Coast for simple drone patches, but dang it, now I want a Strega to go with it. Any chance you could do the Krell patch next? Would love to hear how the 0-Coast and Strega go together with some stepped random CV modulating the pitch

Strega really is a 'lo-fi' orchestra in a box, such a clever design, especially the choice to make it semi-modular. Maybe you don't use it all the time, but when you do, it does a lot of work.

What did you do to keep them seated for unpatching? As a rule, this team hates letting go of patch cables. That new clear double stick tape from China?
Sorry, I don't own any of these three. But did you have to tune the 0-CTRL before playing? These tones have wetted my appetite for these instruments.
Yes, the 0-CTRL outputs are analog so you would tune the desired notes by ear.

Hi, i'd like to modulate from MIDI CC some CV IN of the Strega from my midi controller. Strega accepts many CV ranges for different CV IN: -5/+5V for some params, -10/+10V for others and 0-5V for others again.
What gateway/module MIDI CC to CV could i use for that conversion? It's hard to find one with bipolar Voltage output.
Well I need to come up with about $1600 stat
How are you powering strega and 0-coast with these split cable? What charchger is it? Is it possible to power 0-coast and 0-ctrl together?
Strega's power supply is strong enough to power Strega plus one other 0-device. It comes with a splitter :)
Next tutorial : how to use the "hold" note function...

0-Coast is a patchable and very versatile synth with a number of modular concepts in one tabletop instrument. Strega is a more characteristic synth voice that is heavily integrated into an echo-reverb. 0-CTRL is a controller and sequencer (does not make its own sound) that can be used to play either or both of them, and can also be used to control a modular synthesizer.
