Love finding people playing this game. decided to see if anyone was doing a playthrough and found this. Impossible is definetly beyond my skill level, I tend to spend the first year bashing out contracts for some starting cash but without that option I'd be screwed XP
What i learned is that when you use publisher, only use marketing and print copies yourself. do this until you have 100k and then you can do it yourself (marketing).
Been playing since 2015, enjoy the fact people still play this game, I got more time played on this 19.99 game than any other game i own. When porting fliting by how many users is a bad idea, always go by release date and then users
I'd never heard of this game, and it isn't something I think I'd enjoy playing myself. However I loved watching you do so, and am looking forward to the next episode. Hope it ends up being a tad easier to produce than CS2. 🐐
I'm glad you enjoyed it! It's really quite a fun game, playing in impossible mode makes it a lot harder and more stressful, but a super pleasant game to learn with all of the tutorials, and a lot of the mechanics are optional. 😁
Any chance you can zoom in a bit more for future videos, all the text is pretty small. Also, priority order isn't determined by the order of the ticket on the right hand side, it is determined by the small number at the right hand side of each ticket (all are currently set to "5").
I absolutely can, I'll increase the UI size for episode 3 since I recorded episodes 1 and 2 back to back. I appreciate the feedback 😀 For priorities, I did try changing that but it seemed that when I set a team to only work on 1 task they just work on whatever task is highest on the list but I'll have another play with it!
It's actually not too complicated once you get into it and play. Playing on medium you get access to publishers and contracts and deals. With publishers you can pay a % of income as royalties to another company in exchange for 1. Funding (almost never worth it) 2. Marketing (almost always worth it for at least your first 2 releases) 3. Printing copies (probably not worth it except maybe your first thing if you don't have 20k for the first month to get 10k copies) You can choose any combo of these. Usually just the marketing though because you can keep up with the printing once you get sales going. After a few releases you'll get the hang of the menus for developing stuff and you'll have a pretty solid core team and can then start figuring out marketing and after a few releases with that you'll have a good idea. It seems complicated but even on medium it's pretty hard not to make money
Great tip! I did this in my personal playthrough that I have between episodes, but didn't know about it when I started. Really helps to get up and running! Espresso can get expensive on impossible though, capacitor can basically achieve the same result though! :D
@@ChubbyPandaGGM I've played almost every version since the original release and still learnt something from your video, there's always more to learn :)
How do you get your character to work on one task after another? Mine works on each spot at the same time, so the superfocus line is useless. At first I thought it was due to the mod you were using, but it wasn't, because I also installed your mods and did what you said about placing the spots one below the other, so as to have an order, but no longer.
Probably in 2 days, it's already recorded, I'm just working 12 hour shifts today and tomorrow so I'll do my best to get it done by then, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Having team members that love working together pushes efficiency to ~200%. Single handedly worth

I'm glad you found us! Bashing out contracts is definitely a great way to start in other difficulties, no shame there at all!

Great tip! Publishers are disabled in impossible mode though haha
@@ChubbyPandaGGM ahhh, ok. My bad. I was listening but wasn't to focussed on the video. But keep up the work 👍
I loved this Panda!! 😍 excited to see more from this series!
Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! 😁

I love these build tips, keep em coming!!!
Really excellent dive into the game. I've played it for years and didn't know some of the key controls. Thanks for that!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love the first episode. Will continue with the series 😁

I want this game but giving how complicated it is it’s definitely one of those I’d play on easy.
The in-game tutorials are great! :D

With those traits you can work your character 06:00 to 20:00 (sometimes 22:00), basically two shifts a day. If you add an espresso machine.

I believe I answered you on the discord, but for anyone else curious, you go into team management and set your team to work on only 1 task at a time.
What is the first song in this video, it is amazing
4:38 That's not a chubby panda. That's a bearded human.
😂
SCM: Source Code Management Or Source configuration management, I've only ever heard it called Source code management though.
started the game and i don't know what the hell am doing lool its really hard
The tutorials in game are super helpful! I also wouldn't recommend starting on impossible mode
When´s the next episode coming out?

@@ChubbyPandaGGM 12 hour shifts sound tiring :(
Why didn't you start from a garage; it's cheaper
It's cheaper short term but the rent costs quickly out weigh the benefits.
@@ChubbyPandaGGM I never knew its cheaper.
Woah, it's like looking in a mirror
