This is the second time evil Worthing has stood up in a threatening position against another city councilmember during a city Council meeting… That is a crime. It is intimidation of a sitting official during an official proceeding while they are conducting their official duties and disorderly conduct and interrupting an official legislative proceeding. They need to bring charges against her since they want to bring charges against Mays for disorderly conduct during a meeting …and she needs to be recalled!

I see now why Lewis and Priestly was so agitated this meeting bc Councilman Mays and Councilwoman Burns did press conference to file first lawsuit against city and the Arpa funds with Priestly and Lewis leading the illegal way along with mayor. The Arpa illegal board has two representatives each from Lewis, Priestly, and Pfeiffer's wards while others have one and don't know who they are. They are retaliating and retaliated on Jul 24, the next meeting, by trying to suspend Councilman Mays till September 1 yet not dealing with Worthing's actions diring thia meeting amd others plus Lewis. I think they are sealing they coffins in federal court. Retaliation and discrimination is illegal in the United States of Amercia. It is so bizarre that certain members of this council (Eva, Quincy, Lewis, and Judy) think that discussing budgetary decisions in great detail is the worse thing in the world. Do they really want to vote blindly without thorough discussions of how millions of dollars will be spent? If you lack the time to do so because of a second job, quit the council. You either be a public servant or not.

There’s a number of officers who let another department to come to Flint because of a severance package. 2 years later they still haven’t received their severance money. The chief failed to defend the officers in open meetings. Who wants to work for this mess?

They're not spending enough money to attract quality officers to those positions. If they raised salaries and made the deal sweet enough, there wouldn't be a manpower problem. If Blackwater could attract candidates to security positions in Iraq during the Iraq war, Flint can attract officers if the salaries, benefits and incentives were good enough.

Why would you ever deny additional funding to the police department in a high crime city? Give him a blank freakin check so they can recruit quality candidates nation-wide with above avg salaries, sign on bonuses and relocation assistance. The CFO even understood that that was the purpose of the resolution @2:27:40. The chief didn't advance the argument very well, and Lewis/Worthing/Priestley were more interested in shooting down anything Mays tries to advance than improving the police department.
