her all out assault isnt slower to proc due to her mgm+2, 16 shots proc is practically the same as 8 shots proc

back when i first started i found north carolina and grinded to get her (only to have her appear in the shop and get her that way) and noticed NC laughs at air craft, i then found sandy and noticed she did too. put these two in a fleet and laugh :D also NC is under rated. her FP is crazy, she consistently out does my amagi in damage and gets MVP.

just lumping my sandy stuff here. Pre refit she actually has a nice Torpedo eff% (though her stat needs boosting), thus it doesn't quite change during the refit. I speak from experience (for I ran her at base for a time, which paid off with the refit) I also oathed her (she's cute and soft in the right places), which also paid off.
Love her or hate her, that's a history right there. 1⃣⭐✨

Oh also, if you didn't notice her Sparkling Battle Star barrage has some pretty decent tracking allowing it to home in on targets to some crazy angles. Like I've seen a star do a near 90 degree turn.
I haven't seen the hard turns from the tracking

Well If you want to gurantee total air dominace sortie her with the clevelands also with full uss backline (or any aa buffing ships) especially at world 12 for Ez auto farming.

If you missed the event, you're mostly out of luck. There will be a rerun for it, but for now you're locked out of Sandy Retro. Better prepare for Warspite Retro, because it's the same deal.
Absolute beast light cruiser. Put her with Jintsuu, Ayanami, Nagato & 2 IJN carriers, she made IJN meta relevant af even though she herself is not a Sakura ship.

She is good but against heavy armors, a solid NOPE when with the recommended DD gun.
She needs someone to deal with heavy armor.
For my preference, a solid vanguard core is Sandy (equiped with French DD gun) and Leander Kai. Just add Zara for shield spam or Minnie/Portland for moar dakka.
The rest is seeing the enemies melt.
real quick question, "what does the main gun +1 do for a cruiser, I thought that controlled battleship barrages"?

Since Goddess Sandy's (PBUH) retrofit dropped. People who use Fox Fleets in PVP just became free wins.
And once the Microphone dropped that day, even DDs got melted.
No joke, She counters IJN Fleets. She renders the Foxes practically useless while melting the DDs/CLs.
Her 100% chance star barrage is murderous against light armor, which is what most high tier meta IJN frontlines have.
Even 15k IJN frontlines are not safe. I have never seen a fully kitted Yukikaze melt so fast just by gunfire.

she was useable before, now shes a must for any US fleet, or even any fleet at all going against a Carrier based enemy ^^

I'm not sure it works as well in pvp as in pve, since planes have double of their normal hp or so...or at least I haven't had any problems with sandy retro, having only 1 carrier in pvp fleet.
That high of an AA stat + 185% efficiency Anti-Air gun with the right Anti-Air gun should still melt them.
