@@bluerdoll3460 "Monarch" Was never full designed. It was only "suggested" that they use 381mm guns but naval treaties of the time prevented this.

Also Facts Time:
The Reason why she Has that Anxious Feeling of Being Discarded, and why she Talks about Being Forgotten in that Juustagram Post, is Because she was The Preceding Design/Battleship before the King George V Class, they were Made and Based off of Her... And She was Ultimately Forgotten and Discarded in Favor of the KGV Class, Hence why She's a Loner and is Anxious of Being Forgotten/Discarded, she also Shows some Degree of Hate towards the KGV Sisters, its evident in Her Secretary Lines, that and she Despises them to a Degree.
In a Way shes also a Long Lost Sister to the KGV Class Girls, there's Even an Instance where She was Acknowledge by the KGV Sisters as one of them, I forgot how to Trigger the Voice Line but its There... Or I'm Going Crazy Nuts...
Also the Reason as to Why she Has a Higher Main Gun Efficiency than Ye Old WarCorgi Warspite, is Because she Had Bigger Guns in her Design, she Had 9, 15 inch Guns, on 3 Turrets, as Opposed to the KGV Classes 14 Inch Guns, but have the Advantage of Having more Guns that Monarch, 10 in Total.
Monarch... Is a Great Ship Girl, she has Helped me Clear the Later Stages and is Still one of my Most Favorite PR Shipfus, She's one of the Most Powerful Ships in my Fleet atm, and She's gonna Stay in the Position of Flagship of my 1st Fleet for Long Time.

I could testify that she is the best PR to develop as their first PR ship, PR1 coin as BP makes her easier to develop.

Had the Royal Navy gone with the triple 15"\45 KGV design
It's entirely possible that for ease of maintenance and standardization, they'd refit the QEs, Rs, Renowns and Hood with the new 15"\45 guns
Monarch got me into the game. Saw her fanart and got curious. I still choose Laffey above all else though. It felt like choosing Torchic the first time I played Pokemon.
I'm actually surprised that belfast was only getting her video next, I would've assumed that she already got hers along with enterprise and the other OG SRs

I use Monarch as my flagship mob fleet for operation siren; Along with Volga and a self-healing vanguard she can run Operation Siren corrosion level 6 stages endlessy without repairs - good for strategic research as every month I have tons of not-used AP recovery items

I use her together with Warspite retrofit on mobs.
Monarch was my 2nd PR ship I unlocked back in the day and I still use her in OpSi. I was between her and that crazy yandere sociopath that I shall not name because she's watching me right now....

I am surprised you did not compare against Howe as well, seeing how she is a much more recent ship compared to Warspite.
I just compare against ships I've looked at. Easier that way. So other PRs are to be done against monarch.

I wonder if it wouldn't be a better idea to use a KGV class ship (closer related). Also I hope you use the current values on the wiki for the level stats (the 125 patch actually tweaked things in that regard)
But she is unfortunate in that in having Liduke as an artist means she won't likely get another skin barring a replacement artist (not an easy thing to find) as a certain TD game seems to have hire Liduke in house. It's to the point where we'll seeing a second Hololive Collab before a new Liduke skin.
When in doubt, go with the wiki over the game (EN localization has flaws). Also these days one could get two free BPs a day for PR1 ships when you're out. PRs/DRs aren't generally team players though.
Even now she's aged pretty well, assuming one isn't distracted by big things on the shiny KMS BBs (particularly the KMS Freud was Right)
I do use the wiki as a reference point for statlines as well as double checking for skill discrepancies (since Shinano)

That's a UR. PR isn't in the same rarity as that one (DR arguably is). That said, around Monarch's arrival Warspite was the best FP non-PR wise, so this comparison was already in play.

One interesting but of tid bit is that Monarch is not one of the proposed KGV designs with 15 inch guns (or to be more accurate, she's a very poor representation/ interpretation) To make a long story short, when WG was designing the British BB line, their was a bit of a reshuffle in development which left the line without a Tier 8. With limited development time, they cobbled together what was supposedly the KGV class with 15 inch guns. However, in order to get the ship out in time, many cuts were made which resulted in the reuse and of already exiting in game assets to create her which compromised her accuracy. Monarch in WoWs and by extension Azur Lane borderlines on fake ship created by WG. I am not however in any way trying to degrade Monarch or the character the devs gave her, just trying to clear a common misconception.
Not to burst your bubble, but the 3x3 15 inch guns design did exist on paper in real life. It was considered in the design phase of the KGV, but rejected because they wanted to adhear to the treaty of 1936. The design at the time was called 15C and while the WoWs version is a bad interpretation of what that might have looked like, it's still something based on reality and not completely made up.
I'm not saying that the proposed KGV design armed with 15 inch guns is fake, far from it, just that WG's interpretation as you say is very poor. The biggest issue is the turrets which on the proposed designs had a more flat faced design similar to those found on the KGV's IRL. On Monarch, they are more akin to those found on the Nelson's which as far as I'm aware was not proposed and was done to cut development time and get her ready to be released along with the rest of the British BBs in 2017.

With the comment from Ishla Corrin, " It was considered in the design phase of the KGV, but rejected because they wanted to adhear to the treaty of 1936", and you also acknowledge this design indeed exist.
