      Awww... 100% is a curse phrase. But like damn, fuck, people use it as an expression as well. Depending on who you are talking to or the context. Salamat po

      Hello po. Yes they are. Letsugas isn't an actual Tagalog word. It is maybe a dialect and possibly different spelling as well.

    Do people tend to use gaga? I think I heard it in a song only and discovered it's directed to female- however I never elsewhere heard/seen it. while Gago is for men, or for all genders?

    • @lingwahe
      @lingwahe  Рік тому +1

      Really good question.
      You are right. Normally, "Gaga" is female, while "gago" is male. However, there are instances where these words are used interchangeably depending on the context and who is speaking.
      When people are being friendly, light hearted, or using gay tones, you may use "gaga".
      People use "gago" to both men and women when they are friends, a little bit more serious conversation, or that someone is really mad. For E.g, a guy friend is mad at you. He is not going to use "gaga," but he will use "gago. This is just an example. Usually, men are polite and respectful to women.
      I hope that helps.

      Bakla is not a curse word. 🤣 but some people use it as an insult depending on the context and relationship to the person. This could also be use as a term that something is silly when you're talking to a friend.
