      Salamat sa tanong mo. Apat na daan at limampo. This sounds incomplete because usually , a number such as this is used with a noun after it. Whether that's house, currency, animals this would totally make sense. P450. Apat na daan at limampung piso. 450 na bahay. Apat na daan at limampung bahay 450 na kabayo. Apat na daan at limampung kabayo

      Salamat sa concern. That, however, wouldn't make sense for pronunciation. Filipinos don't pronounce 'f' when they say 'five.' These videos are for foreigners/expats, nothing like a Tagalog subject in school.

    • @lingwahe
      @lingwahe Рік тому

      Hi David, that's because "i" and "e" are interchangeable. Depending on where the person is from but they are both correct. In alibata "o" and "u" is also the same.

    Do people tend to use gaga? I think I heard it in a song only and discovered it's directed to female- however I never elsewhere heard/seen it. while Gago is for men, or for all genders?

    • @lingwahe
      @lingwahe Рік тому

      Really good question. You are right. Normally, "Gaga" is female, while "gago" is male. However, there are instances where these words are used interchangeably depending on the context and who is speaking. When people are being friendly, light hearted, or using gay tones, you may use "gaga". People use "gago" to both men and women when they are friends, a little bit more serious conversation, or that someone is really mad. For E.g, a guy friend is mad at you. He is not going to use "gaga," but he will use "gago. This is just an example. Usually, men are polite and respectful to women. I hope that helps.
