I bought this oil wrench last year for my 2010 toyota rav4, and I have not had any problems with this tool, I've done 3 oil changes so far and it's even better quality than the wrench being sold at the dealer, because it's MADE IN YES YOU GUESS IT CHINA, MOTIVX IS MADE IN USA🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸, thanks for the video.
i got a different wrench it works well got same funnel and it is great, but a different brand of drain hose really sucked it leaked oil as you were trying to put it in hose was way too rigid to spin and then get it to go in drain pan when it started flowing.
Toyota now has even more thin! I’m a 5w30 guy but I know these have run for nearly a million miles so it may be designed for it with rod bearing clearances etc
@@dannyjohnsonsgarage USER ERROR, I guarantee it. I can easily see how someone stupid could screw this on too tight because "tighter is better" just like those same idiots do with oil filters. Next thing you know his threads are stripped and his oil filter cap doesn't go back on.
Thanks for making this concise video. I just got the motivx kit and had no idea how the drain plug tool worked. Your video answered that perfectly.

That is totally scary how thin that 0W20 pours out of the can like water.

Hey 👋
I will never buy another MotivX tool after their previous version broke my oil cap.
How did it break the oil cap?
