- Rash, ambitious, immature, naive. These were the traits of the Prophet of Regret, the youngest of the three Hierarchs who led the Covenant in their war against the humans. He was the first High Prophet to fall at the hands of these creatures and his death triggered a civil war that tore the once mighty empire asunder. But before we go to his death, we must first look back on how this lonely San'Shyuum minister rose to become one of the ruling Hierarchs of a great empire that span across most of the galaxy. This is the History of the High Prophet of Regret!
