Fictional politics literally makes more sense and takes less time to understand. Real politics is complete and utter shite and needs a rewrite by the author for it to be clearly understood by the reader or viewer.
That's because the Covenant is cool and real world leadership is boring.

This is the Covenant lore that really interests me. The workings of the Covenant government and it's various ministries. It's so ripe for political drama and interesting stories, I'm sad that it's now gone.

Great video honorable sangheili, only, we had a parliament and a senate as our legislative body. I recomend looking into these great institutions of humanity, and perhaps one day the peoples of the swards of sanghelios will be lead by a prime minister instead if of an arbiter.

I highly doubt that. From what I’ve seen, she seems only to restore the Forerunner Empire
