Well thought out. That is awesome , I love your products I've seen. Do you sell crossbars that aren't too thick (like Thule ones?) and would work with this setup on the video. Thanks
Since the base plate is just metal and the bottom of the roof rack mount has the rubber framed will this cause any water intrusion into the vehicle since now the rubber grommet is on top of the bracket?
So I got a bunch of rubber mat, that’s like 50 year under shingle roofing material, from a job site once. It’s very thin, but very strong. I cut this stuff to the shape of the feet contacting my roof, and then glued them into place to the feet themselves. They are so thin they don’t allow flex, but do add adequate padding from scratches. Give it a google.
No. Factory spec is to not toque these as they are rivnuts in the factory sheet metal. They easily spin free if torquing down, thus becoming a large problem.
Will you do a video for the a-pillar utili-mounts sometime as well?
Absolutely

We do not, however I recommend the Whispbars. Just like Thule but cheaper.
Looks really solid. So if I want to mount 4 round lights up top you sell a bracket that runs between the rail mounts?
Yes. The bracket is seen in the video during the intro section placed on the Stainless table at 2:00
@@jesselambros8520 ok I see it. Thanks.

No. There is an included watertight film that goes between the two as well for sealing insurance
@@jesselambros8520 awesome thank you! When will your light bar be available on the site?
@@KamberBCT in time for Christmas!

I was just going to asked that question
Also would like to know the answer on to this, is there a video?

Sorry for my English: Question: How is the cable laid? And: are cables, LEDs and brackets in one price? Greetings from Germany KL 2016 anniv. Mod.
What do you do if the bolts are rusted and the screws will not seat all the way back in?
I would soak them in PB Blaster and then clean the threads up. Should work well

We have that with the kits thin clear urethane die cut to the lower foot pad. They were not ready when we had this video made
It’s so tight under there we had to mic for the correct thickness from our supplier.
Has anyone connected a GoPro to the utili-rail? Which/what mount did you use for that and how'd it work out? Thanks!
A few pictures of cameras mounted can be seen on our IG. Just search @mfcoffroad
No torque wrench?

the piece that covers the bolts cost $22 a piece from Jeep, unfortunately I found out
Me too. Fortunately I only had to buy one for the first clip I broke lol
