Loving that safe at home blanket and just got the pattern, I don’t buy Aran so will be doing in in DK held double. So looking forward to starting that one. Your ideas for the battenburg are lovely, such a nice pattern from Sandra. I watch the last homely house, Kate is lovely xx
I wanna make a little cushion with one of those houses on now! I recently did a stash busting challenge for myself and had a really good time chunky crocheting little square bags and giving them as gifts. Bags were good for me because they can be any size so you don't have to buy more yarn to finish them
What a lovely chat!!! Your odeas are so original too I think your tutti fruiti blanket is stunning. A tutorial and layout plan would be a wonderful project for us all. Your hat compilation os fantastic. Well done you Good luck with the distribution of it. Im sure it os going to be appreciated. IT IS FASCINATING 🌹🌹
Just found your channel and I love the crochet flip book and the safe at home blanket- so unique! Wonder if the SAH blanket could be done in crochet as a series of blocks? Anyway- I am using as much of my stash as I can this summer and I'm knitting/crocheting blankets for ill/needy children through Project Linus. I definitely have a battenberg in my future too. I look forward to watching your blankets grow! Perhaps we could all do Stashdown Summer on a ravelry group? Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration!
I knit my sin a tartan blanket and didnt like the back, so I used an old duvet cover he had on his bed when he was younger and lined the back. That.added more special meaning to it my son loved it. I used his old duvet cover as it was really light which was a bonus on the finished item xxx
I love your challenge, looks like alot of fun. Would you please show the squares on your tutti frutti blanket, id love to use that for a stash buster. I have quit alot of yarn but mine is fingering yarns.
Stash Heap Challenge sounds like a great challenge. ❤🤗 I am very familiar with both those channels mentioned. I recently did a Spring Cleaning of the yarn Stash and found I want to use of my 5 weight yarns. I will try to join in on the fun. I purchased your doll patterns looking forward to trying them❤❤
I would like to reduce my stash but it's not happening. I have lots of odds and ends. I like having my stash for when j geecxa detain colour for a detain project. I make a big variety of projects too.
I mostly do knitting, but I've also been fascinated by using quilt patterns to use up leftovers.
I love it as a base of inspiration

Love the book idea. Does it come in US terms or just UK terms?
Thank you so much. It is is Uk terms xxx
What size hook are you using for the squares blanket please? looks lovely
I like to use a 3.5mm
I love your stash busting blocks. I wondered if your cream yarn is wool based if you could dye some of it in various strengths of yellow?
This is a lovely idea. The contrasting yarn is cream - but it’s from my stash and is lots different types. I love this idea
