The Squat Harness Review - Home Gym Band Squat Equipment

The Squat Harness is one of the most useful and versatile pieces of home gym equipment that I've ever tested.
After testing it for months, I've only scratched the surface of it's potential.
The primary purpose of the Squat Harness from Ripped by Rosenblatt is, as you can imagine, squatting. However, the usefulness doesn't end there.
What the Squat Harness also allows you to do is to attach your body (hands-free) to a cable weight stack so that you can perform a tremendous variety of exercises without needing to hold onto anything. Though you can, of course, still hold onto things...including more weights!

I like it but the price needs to be more realistic. Im interested in a front squat because my elbows are injured. But for now I ordered a Pilates bar which attaches to cable machine. I'm gonna attach grip hooks to the bar (resting on my traps), and simply rest barbell on my chest. I think it would even work with regular harness loops. Gonna have to invent my own gear 😅

I have this but it rubs against my outer thigh quite sharply, it's very uncomfortable and makes me squat very narrow to avoid it. Did you find this?

Yep, the setup does require a bit closer stance because of that.
