I dunno. From a legal standpoint, he's not a great lawyer; but the truth of the matter is in any court where there's a jury, the law isn't actually THAT important. The jury is. Because most jurors won't know the specifics of the law. And even though they're supposed to be unbiased, your average person is gonna let their emotions determine their bias. Like, all of this would be struck from the record, meaning the jury isn't meant to take it into account when coming to their decision; but they're still going to take into account. Even if subconsciously, their opinion on the matter will be shaped by what they've heard.

Best case scenario for you, you have to start the entire trial all over again with an entirely new jury, worst case scenario the case is just outright dismissed. Normal proceedings are actually pretty boring for the most part, so they have to do the Sit your ass down, and the you can't handle the truth stuff. On occasion you do get a defendant that tries to get at the judge or a family member that trys to get at the defendant, but they never get too far or last to long so they do this. Lol

Normal proceedings are actually pretty boring for the most part, so they have to do the Sit your ass down, and the you can't handle the truth stuff. On occasion you do get a defendant that tries to get at the judge or a family member that trys to get at the defendant, but they never get too far or last to long so they do this. Lol

@@whatthecluck6874then get a witness to give the truth, present evidence to the court, expert testimony, something. Lawyers can't testify and spout off thier opinion on the matter for a reason. Its not up to a lawyers feelings its a judge or jury that rules on the matter, based on factual evidence. A judge would be legally required to put a stop to it.
An act like that alone would probably result in the lawyer facing a review before the bar and the rich, greedy yacht owner is going to use the illegal outburst as grounds to challenge the ruling. In other words, the victims just lost because of him.
Any Judges that ignore the law and thier legal obligations like that shouldn't be on the bench either. Theyre there to uphold the law and preside over legal proceeding, ensuring said proceedings are conducted in a professional and legal manner.
