Yeah, it was an easy step for him to go from the 3-string picked major/minor/diminished arpeggios that he used all the time from the late 60s onwards, to sweeping those arpeggios. The sweeping really kicked into his playing in the early 70s, you can hear it all over his recordings, but especially in the early Rainbow stuff, and he used the picked and swept arpeggios as fundamental building blocks for a lot of his live improvising.

単にコードや音符を分解したメカニカルな速さじゃなくてスリル感と意味を伴った体感的な「速さ」ではリッチーは際立ってると思う
なんていうか聴いてても思わず力が入ってしまう主張のある速さとでも言うのかなあ
そういう感じを凄く良く理解して再現してると思う
