I think my favorite was Mark and Nish simultaneously saying “Breakfast” for Midnight. Took me a second, just because it was all so rapid-fire, but once I got it, it was hilarious.
"I've got some concrete" I hate that. I could have happily lived never knowing about the scene from Love and Monsters since y'know I'm not really a Doctor Who fan, but no, someone showed me the clip with the Blowjob Slab and now I have to suffer that knowledge for the rest of my godforsaken life.
Try as you might to address when a contest appeared on DW, there were some unmentioned: - Greg James (Closing Time) - Doc Brown (The Tsuranga Conundrum) - Charlotte Ritchie (Resolution) - Lee Mack (Kerblam) - Mawaan Rizwan (Children in Need segment) - Shirley Ballas (Devil's Chord) But I get it's more about the episode synopsis. Your picks for Kerblam and Tsuranga Conundrum were spot on.
Mummy on the orient express got me good 😂 Yeah it's an interesting episode in terms of plot and the development of Clara and 12's relationship, but mostly when i watch it i just go "omg it's Frank Skinner?!!?"
All of these are genius, but special shout outs to Gridlock, The Last of the Timelords, Closing Time, Asylum of the Daleks, Empire of Death and all of the weeping angel episodes. Thank you for this!
They were all exceptional, but Rose, Boom Town, Parting of the ways, Love&Monsters, Doomsday, Human Nature, Utopia, Voyage of the Damned, Forest of the Dead, Turn Left, End of time 2, Eleventh hour, Cold Blood, A Christmas Carol, Good man goes to war, Rings of Akhatenn Name of the doctor, Flatline, Sleep No More, Husbands of river song, thin ice, World enough and time, twice upon a time, fugitive of the judoon, 73 yards and empire of death were absolutely amazing
FRANK SKINNER - okay motoe was my intro to Twelve, and I loved Frank’s character in that episode. Fast forward to me finally watching Taskmaster, and I see Frank Skinner!! (I’m not from the UK so I didn’t know that he was a big deal haha) Anyway this is brilliant!!! Thanks for making it :)
I love all these edits people have been doing! But don't think I didn't notice that Under the Lake/Before the Flood is the only multi-parter that didn't get a clip for each of its episodes... jkjk this is great
I have been having a rough go of it, and this video made me laugh out loud so many times. You did a stellar job matching these clips, my friend. Thank you!
I'm distressed by the amount of random knowledge of both required to pull this together.
Taskmaster.info definitely helped
You're distressed I'm impressed 😂 I love both and never realised how many clips would be relevant!
@@lrrroftheplanetomicronpersei8that's really cool! Thanks for sharing and thanks for the video 😁
People are sleeping on "Johnny initially did something quite clever with his pocket watch" for Human Nature, I can't believe how accurate that is lol
Quietly quite proud of getting that clip
no fr like how does even the name match?
"I'm Greg Davies and this is my head" was absolutely inspired
I love the running joke of just introducing the guest stars.
"it's worse than that, bills dead!" FOULLLLL
Haha!
I've seen another video with this premise that has "You can't be with him Donna" for Journey's End
@@hjt091 I tried to incorporate Cul-de-Sac but I couldn't think of a way. Also, there's another one of these...? Colour me intrigued
I gasped at the bills dead one
The Husbands of River song one was SO perfect
Thanks!
I guessed it would be "I'd look like a Doctor Who villain, it'd be wicked" but this one worked too. 😅
I was waiting for it and was not disappointed
Turn Left: "I blame the beetle."
Straight to the point, well done guys.
Father's Day was brutal, but Dot & Bubble absolutely **SENT** me.
Some of these are so incredibly accurate. "I have brought in a single leaf" is one of my favourites which I've not seen anyone mention in the comments
that one was shockingly perfect!!
I think my favorite was Mark and Nish simultaneously saying “Breakfast” for Midnight. Took me a second, just because it was all so rapid-fire, but once I got it, it was hilarious.
"big dog in the house!" paired with empire of death made me choke on my noodles
3:08 missed opportunity of Rose describing her sculpture as "the potato men that haunt my dreams"
At last, a fusion of the two specific things I’m into right now!
"Don't blink oops."
I mean that's basically every single Weeping Angel story summed up
i love that some of these are just the name of an actor that guest starred in a Doctor Who episode like Frank Skinner and Greg Davies' head
This absolutely took a ton of effort, and it's great
Thank you, I actually wasn't going to bother finishing it!
@@lrrroftheplanetomicronpersei8I’m so glad you did!
Brilliant, love how at least half the contestants have been in Doctor Who at some point
The love and monsters one really got me for some reason lmao
Amy's Choice a personal favourite here
"I've got some concrete" I hate that. I could have happily lived never knowing about the scene from Love and Monsters since y'know I'm not really a Doctor Who fan, but no, someone showed me the clip with the Blowjob Slab and now I have to suffer that knowledge for the rest of my godforsaken life.
Now imagine watching that episode for the first time when you were ten years old.
Well, it would be enough to make me hate Peter Kay for life.
It's even worse when you have to watch the whole episode, and then it ends with that. The whole thing is hard to sit through
this is so niche and so quintessentially British
I love the ones where it’s just famous British actors
Try as you might to address when a contest appeared on DW, there were some unmentioned:
- Greg James (Closing Time)
- Doc Brown (The Tsuranga Conundrum)
- Charlotte Ritchie (Resolution)
- Lee Mack (Kerblam)
- Mawaan Rizwan (Children in Need segment)
- Shirley Ballas (Devil's Chord)
But I get it's more about the episode synopsis. Your picks for Kerblam and Tsuranga Conundrum were spot on.
so many shockingly correct answers
This the most brilliant thing on the Internet, nothing can top this
Thank you!
big dog in the house! was perfect you're a genius i love you
I love the clips using actors that have appeared in both Taskmaster and Doctor Who to denote the episodes
every single one fit so perfectly i am amazed. this video was made for me personally actually
This is INCREDIBLE. STUNNING WORK. Amy’s choice killed me. And then the lodger and the pandorica opens SKFJHJDSKSDJKSFDK so perfect
2:15 this got me so good
I don't get it. You're talking about the Gridlock one?
Dot and Bubble lmaooooo
The timeless children “and that was shit” 😂😂😂😂
So many of these are ridiculously accurate 😭😭
Mummy on the orient express got me good 😂 Yeah it's an interesting episode in terms of plot and the development of Clara and 12's relationship, but mostly when i watch it i just go "omg it's Frank Skinner?!!?"
This is a perfect blend of my interests and I am mildly concerned but in awe of this edit.
each one is so spot on 😂
11:52 Perfect XD. It's crazy how highly specific yet exactly correct so many of these are.
I wanted to comment the same XD
That could have covered a couple of series.
"im greg davies and this is my head"
How on earth is that so spot on for Husbands of River Song? 😂
MY TWO SPECIAL INTERESTS !! !! !! also Greg literally being in DW makes this perfect
some of these fit so well i had to press pause and look at a wall for a bit after them
okay just rewatched the whole thing the beast below one is so fucking funny, can't believe i missed it the first time
6:26 to 6:27 would've been perfect for The Angels take Manhattan. A pair of glasses, the last page, and a voice over saying "Farewell"
"Big dog in the house" really got me for some reason
You nailed love and monsters and gridlock
Edit: you bally well nailed them all
9:28 i love that you chose to focus on the soup scene over everything else that happens in that episode, 10/10 no notes
The Gridlock one took me a second. I never put together that he was in that episode.!
probably because he was a cat
johnny vegas' nixon was the perfect one for day of the moon lmao, okay the 73 yards and empire of death ones made me loose it
I didn't get the 73 Yards one, what was it referencing
@@tennenyt5311 the doctor stepping/not stepping onto the fairy circle
@@maggot_2 ohh lol
this may be the best video on the internet and I'm so serious
Woah
All of these are genius, but special shout outs to Gridlock, The Last of the Timelords, Closing Time, Asylum of the Daleks, Empire of Death and all of the weeping angel episodes. Thank you for this!
The World Enough and Time one is incredible.
I can't believe this was free to watch. Thank you, friend. Sincerely, thank you
Last of the timelords one was golden, and “the first thing i noticed was the crack-“ was a perfect cutoff i’m crying
oh my GOOOOOSH! This is legitamately a crossover that never occured to me!!! This is hilariously perfect!!
I love how every single one of these compilations rightfully shits on the Timeless Child.
I can't articulated how much I love this
12:52 YES! EXACTLY!!
Saved, bookmarked, sharing this as far and wide as I can. It's perfection. Lmaoooooo
Thank you for sharing it on!
Missed opportunity to use the clip where someone asks "is there a secret door in the fireplace" for Girl in the Fireplace.
Total perfection. Midnight made me lol, and “The first thing I noticed was the crack-“
THIS MADE ME LAUGH HARDER THEN THE ACTUAL TASKMASTER SHOW. DOCTOR WHO AND TASKMASTER ARE MY FAVOURITE SHOWS. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS VIDEO EXISTS.
FRANK SKINNER - okay motoe was my intro to Twelve, and I loved Frank’s character in that episode. Fast forward to me finally watching Taskmaster, and I see Frank Skinner!! (I’m not from the UK so I didn’t know that he was a big deal haha)
Anyway this is brilliant!!! Thanks for making it :)
This is glorious, loved Runaway Bride and Partners in Crime especially
This is absolutely perfect, i never need to watch another UA-cam video again
I love all these edits people have been doing! But don't think I didn't notice that Under the Lake/Before the Flood is the only multi-parter that didn't get a clip for each of its episodes... jkjk this is great
Shh...
This is hands down the best Taskmaster edit I've ever seen
Such a clever, well-put together compilation of clips! A cross over between my two favourite shows
"the devils chord" and "the timeless children" were right on point for me
This is genuinely fantastic. Scarily impressive.
And here I was thinking it was just okay - thanks!
Oh my god this is one of the most niche videos I’ve ever seen and I’m absolutely here for it 😄
Not the one for Children of Time just being “That was shit” 🤣🤣🤣
Ok this is now my new favorite video of the Intenet
I’m losing it at the ones where you’ve just cut off the end of the word
“The first thing I noticed was the crack-“
the Amy's choice one made me SCREAM
I always like the ones that make me have to think a bit but also aren't a stretch, so the winner for me here is The Bells of Saint John.
Absolutely blown away by this
Just started Dr. Who with Series 9. This is amazing!
This is absolute genius and I thank you for your service
This is absolutely incredible a work of art thank you
omg these are all so clever! This is such a niche humour I wish I had friends to share it with :(
I think this is what I would call art
I love this sm bc i love both shows. I can't even imagine how many hours/weeks this must've taken 😱 Kudos!
Gridlock just being "Ardal O Hanlon!" was amazing 😂😂😂
I have been having a rough go of it, and this video made me laugh out loud so many times. You did a stellar job matching these clips, my friend. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks
So, there are 8,700 of us. Nice to know I'm not alone in this world.
This is the most amazing thing I've seen all week - petition for Alex Horne to be on the cast for next series
This might just be my new favorite video in the entire history of the Internet, and I am not exaggerating. Brilliant.
School Reunion had me in tears
1:34 “I’ve got some concrete” 😂 this video is too good already, thank you for making this
I respect that you resisted editorialising any of the episodes. Except The Timeless Child but honestly fair enough.
that was so good! favourites are empire of death the lodger and a christmas carol
The Nightmare in Silver one made me burst out laughing oh my god hahaha
an accurate depiction of my brain thankyou.
some of these are so perfect it’s genuinely insane
This is amazing literally my two favourite shows ever it's perfect!
god the ones where you just put the introduction for the episode's guest star were so good. ardal o'hanlon! aisling bea!
HOWLING at the ghost monument one I don’t know why it got me so much
This is amazing, I was smiling from ear to ear all the way through.
gasping and laughing at how well done this is! bravo!
I think youtube has finally got my interests spot on, this is absolutely amazing I'm so glad it landed in my recommendations
