I know out of all the people on UA-cam who cook you and Anne reardon are the only people I trust to give us true recipes and show us how to do it properly. So many people take short cuts or tell a fibs about the recipe.
Haven't seen a Barry video in awhile. This was great! I daresay that Chloe has her father's comedic sense and timing, but is a little less clumsy than he is . . ! It's interesting that Phoebe and Mrs. B are the straightwomen, and Barry and Chloe are the comedians as far as the family dynamic goes. Always great to see them do their thing. Barry has come a long way since his first video making poached eggs and toast from a cookbook written by a well-known british chef, with whom Barry has since collaborated in a few videos. . . .
Chole- Star Wars came out the Year I was Born. Also I still can't Believe Jabba the Hut n Homer Simpson are Disney. I love Watching Barry n his Daughters in the Kitchen. Gives me hope for the World 🌍

Since you hate to fry, Do the spring rolls in your air fryer instead. Just spray with cooking spray and cook about 6-8 minutes( time in my fryer).
Never tastes the same to me though, do love an air fryer

Getting a dedicated deep fryer might be a good idea. Easier to keep the oil at whatever temperature is needed, and safer than doing it in a pan.
