    In this video Tim gives a 10 minute workout that can be done daily to both RESET and strengthen the body. This is a similar method and routine Tim covers in his book, Habitual Strength. If you like this routine and the idea behind it, you should check out Habitual strength at originalstreng... or at www.amazon.com...

    Great movement Tim. I did three on each side and my heart was pumping. Great for greasing the groove with through the day or as a warmup or workout.

    Love this idea!Yesterday while waiting for my mother in law at a medical clinic I got bored and my joints ached. So I found a picnic bench and did some high cross crawls with skaters, then marched over to the pavement and did a few lines of frog rolls. Four circuits later I was in a silly happy mood while all the patients observed me! It was 17 degrees!!

    Awesome, very creative and efficient. Feels nice, and is also a challenge. At least for 10 minutes... I did it just for six minutes, with different variations.

    Tim, I enjoy the videos and the bodcast. In a life or death battle, do you think Dr. Strange could defeat The Hulk?

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  2 роки тому +1

      Wow. Tough question. Dr. Stranger over simple raging Hulk. But Professor Hulk may be a bit more challenging. To be honest though, Dr. Strange could always portal himself or the Hulk away from each other so it may be a fight that never actually happens - more like a boring game of wack a mole.

      blackwings03 Hey, yes. We have books and dvds. And depending on where you live, we even offer workshops. Here is a link to our books: originalstrength.net/shop/. Let me know if i can help you with anything else. And, Thanks for watching!

      Original Strength thanks for the link. would you recommend any book or dvd in particular for a newbie who has less than ideal range of motion and maybe 40% of max flexibility? i looked through the web store and the tactical athlete book interests me as I'm approaching it from a martial artist perspective, but i don't know if a different one would be better for a beginner. thanks for your help.

      @OriginalStrengthSystem  7 років тому

      blackwings03 Oh, yes! Pressing Reset: Original Strength Reloaded is the one you want first. From there, any of the others would be next.

      Original Strength I started original strength after a tear to my hip flexor which really affected my mobility. This is now a issue of the past & my mobility is now extremely good. I currently do progressive calisthenics & continue to use the resets on a daily basis. I basically want to bulletproof my joints & strength & explosive power are my fitness priorities

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  7 років тому

      Wow! That's fantastic! I think you would really like OS Performance. It is available on Amazon.com. However, Habitual Strength may also give you great ideas for bulletproofing your body. I use those methods with the same goals in mind. Again, thank you for sharing your story with me. I love it!

      Thank you. It wasn't a pleasant experience back then. I went from being a strong mobile person to being injury prone with bad posture with pain which prevented me from doing what I enjoy which is being a free mover. After 6 months of physio & expensive supplements with little or no benefit I did my own research & thankfully found your book. Back to being a strong mobile guy where the world is my playground again

    I have your Fitness Habits Made Easy book from a while back. While Habitual Strength looks great, I'm wondering what the differences are between the two books or if you expand on the concepts from the first one. Could you explain?

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem

    Hey there Tim and OS Crew, I am a pilates, yoga and movement coach in Pensacola, FL, I am taking your reset trainings as soon as it fits my budget and schedule, I missed the weekend closest to me recently and nearly cried. But a budget is important! My question is this, you have several books( I want and will have them all one day), what book should I purchase first? I already move and crawl, I also do jiujitsu and share with my friends ALL of you videos and snax. As a person who is going to be certified in OS one day where should I start learning? Thanks for replying in advance!

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  5 років тому

      I completely understand about budgets! I think the best place to start would be Pressing RESET: Original Strength Reloaded. That is the book that will best prepare you for the certification. Hopefully, the next time we are in Florida will be the right time. If not, maybe you can find your way to NC someday!

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  5 років тому +1

      Greg Santamala if you’re looking for simple daily routines to develop and maintain health, Habitual Strength. If you’re looking to discover your mind and body have no limits, Becoming Bulletproof Project. They are kinda different! Really depends on your interest.

      Brian Perpelitz it does have new info, however the concepts are the same and there is overlap. If you have Fitness Habits, you may have all you need. Thank you for the question. And thanks for watching.

      Varun, honestly, I think this could fit in with any routine one might currently have. These movements are just good to be able to have and use regularly - even if you already train. But always listen to your body and if you need to rest, rest! Thank you for watching.
