Mad to think that just coincidentally we had the Honda CB250RS and CB500RS in at the exact same time and I rode these bikes on the exact same day! What do you guys make of these Honda CB RS models? Tell us with a comment down below!
1981 Honda CB250RS - honda cb250rs - 1981.
did this short video clip about the first motorcycle i have owned my 1981 honda cb250rs. honda cb250 rs 1981 simple and beautiful butchered classic / cafe racer.

used engine honda cb 250 rs 1981 cb250rs mc02 1981-01 160756.
The first bike I learnt to ride on. Will always be special to me 😁🥰
tengouna hace 32 años y todavia funciona
Dude this has nothing to do with a superdream! Two totally different bikes.
Bought one of these new in 1985, absolute fun bike to ride wish I still had it
I got the Honda CB250 made in 2005
I've had 3 CB250RS one was a deluxe and the starter motor didn't work so I just bump started it
Had the very same bike back in 1995
Loved mine. Had the kick start only version. No matter how much snow and ice was on it after work would start 1st kick 99% of the time. Did the two 70s. Easy cruising at 70 mph and 70 mpg. Never let me down or broke down once. If I had predicted the Suzuki GT650 electrical problems with my next bike, would have kept it for a few more years.
Bought the exact same bike same colour and same year. In 1981 I was 20 years old and wanted to buy the Super Dream 250N but it cost £875 new. I couldn't quite afford it so bought the CB250RS for £750 new from Watson & Cairns in Leeds. Loved it, great bike, always regretted selling it.
3:32 Rather than comparing it to a larger bike, why not contrast it with the Honda cg125 that a lot of people would have encountered at riding schools?
I rode the two bikes in the same day and we had them up for sale at the same time so people were comparing the two
That looked super fun! Really enjoyed the video thoroughly! Keep up the good work!
Thanks man appreciate the kind words
Had one of these in early 2000's. Was bullet proof. We used to green lane with it and even jump it up the track. Once i took it through water as deep as the top of the seat. Never broke once
I got the Honda CD250 made in 2005

Love the video, have this bike for 20years now !
Nice vid. I don't even know how to ride a motorbike but a bike like this tempts me to get learning! Love the classic vibes off this. How reliable are these CB's as a starter?
If you buy a good one you should be fine

@@RetroBikesDublin brill I will look up your web site could you pass me the details ..? Much appreciated
Should be in the description 😃
@@RetroBikesDublin of course how dumb of me thanks
No issues 8 bikes will be listed there in the next two days 😃
I love my bike and I still have it, but I have the metallic blue one 1980 kickstart only and it has done 9000 miles
Probably not recommend it, but still has the original tires on it and they are not cracked or perished. Just the horrible cross ply tires but just didn’t have the heart to change them.
