If you could let us know how many people it would be serving and what size of a pot to use ,example, I use your recipe for the posole however, the pot that I use was too small, making me transfer to two pots, and just to let you know, my grandkids love the posole..❤
I don’t know much about hominy except what comes in a can. Is there raw hominy? If so, it isn’t sold here in north Louisiana. This recipe looks so delicious and flavorful. Thank you for sharing. You nails were so beautiful in this video. Whoever does your manicures does a great job!
I.found an easier way, crock pot. Takes longer but then chillies I don't have to remove and blend. Taste so good and always get compliments. My ex mother-in-law taught me & she is from Tijuana, Mexico.
People in my house don’t like hominy…🙄… so I just make espinazo for them and add hominy to my own plate. I love it though, next time I need to add radishes and cabbage. This looks SO good!!!!
