Literally no1 wears safety around construction where i work other than boots and welding masks, there are guys using rebar grinder disks with not glasses easy ... My "boss" wore nothing when i started working 2 weeks ago, i got him to buy us a visor so he actually uses it but only for overhead work, but like i said in my case, it doesn't 100% prevent shit getting into your eyes haha.
I myself wear a FFP3 dust mask, visor, gloves, anti nail boots with toe shield (which i hate, they're just too heavy and stiff compared to my regular shoes (others were even stiffer) but oh well)
Skol!
Skol! indeed. Love the new hires, looking forward to a new and improved team. Go Vikings!!! . Thanks for watching please subscribe if you haven't already, all your support is greatly appreciated
@@Toolsish76 Hell yeah man! Thanks for this review too. Just got LASIK so I can't be lazy and consider my prescription glasses "eye protection" now I have to actually protect my eyes so I'll probably pick up the Solidworks for when I'm doing stuff with a lot of dust and the Milwaukees when i just need to slip them on for a second to make a quick cut or 2.
@@tfwoodcraft glad I could help. You made a good choice. Thanks again
yo man ... so cool
Most appropriated. This was a fun one to make. Thanks for watching please subscribe and share if you haven't already all your support is greatly appreciated
I wear prescription safety glasses
Skool
Yes sir. SKOL SKOL Skol!
These are bad for sanding. The fine dust gets in your eyes still.
Adam Savage likes the DeWalt safety glasses so much that he buys them buy the dozen. He has an entire video about the dewalt glasses. I'm gonna go with his opinion as he's been making crap for 35 years now.
I hear you I been watching Adam Savage damn near my whole life and respect his opinion, I watched that same video that's why I bought the dewalts in the first place, but once I put them all to the test the solidwork goggles where the best, it's all about comfort for me and the dewalts are made with a harder plastic around the eyes that digs into my skin instead of conform to my face. Please let me know how you like them and your opinion once you try them out. Thanks for watching please subscribe if you haven't already all your support is greatly appreciated
I bought the Dewalts and honestly they don't fit me well. I suspect Adam Savage has a small head or something.
First time here, great review once you finally got to topic. I almost aborted early because of all fluff at the beginning. I got no issues with a sponsored ad, but man you wasted too much time when I had many other vids to choose from. I'm glad I stayed because you are good, but I was very close to aborting.
Thanks for sticking it out. I've only been doing this for about a year now so I really appreciate the feedback I'll take this info and apply it to future videos so I can put out better and better videos. If you wear this and keep talking for one hour would be better like that I won’t to see how you feel after ? Does it hurt , does your eyes sweats , etc
With the solid goggles they don't hurt at ALL! They are the most comfortable goggles I've ever worn. My eyes didn't sweat but sometimes my four head would sweat and would leak into the top part of the holes on the top of my goggles and I could see it dripping into the top part of the lens but wasn't that bad. You probably don't sweat as much as I do lol. Thanks for watching please subscribe and share if you haven't already, all your support is greatly appreciated
@@Toolsish76 thank you very much for your information and reply , I have already subscribed to your channel, well I’m living in Japan , looking for the best goggles 🥽 for factories, looking for something light , don’t get fogging, and don’t hurt skin and eyes and same time don’t get scratched after using them , if you can find something like that we can do a very good business together, also the smaller size you find the better business we make , because people don’t like big things on their eyes
@@freedomofspeech-v4y ok I'll do that what sort of factories are you looking to get them for?, like if it's liquids or hard materials? Thanks for subscribing you are awesome! All your support is greatly appreciated
@@Toolsish76 dust, liquids , painting, and wooden etc , thank you 🙏
