If you're watching this video and ever wonder to yourself - "what is he doing?" Well...let me tell you that it's definitely not my first time playing the game, and that it certainly didn't take me 10 hours before I even realized I could turn the pages in a book, but rather that I masterfully crafted my gameplay to reflect what a beginner might look like in order to cater to a larger audience.

I've been playing the game for a long time. I think my favorite part of the game is seeing new players and the lights in their eyes as they learn about this beautiful shared world!
If you finish the three sets of Tall Tales, crack open the bilge rat adventures tab. Completing those is where the doubloons (and content) are at.
Which tall tales are you referring to?

Lol! I’m the reaper that the barrel trick worked on 😂 feeling pretty silly watching this, me and my friend actually laughed for a while about how ballsy it was to just tell a bunch of reapers “I’m busy”. This was a hilarious video! Keep it up 😊

I’ve never played this game, but I’ve recently downloaded it after it was suggested by a friend. I’m always reluctant to look up “x-gameplay” as a way of getting a feel for a new game, because the content is usually marketed towards people who already have a good understanding of what they’re watching. This, on the other hand, is just a fun let’s play that happened to roll through my recommended, and I think it was the best thing I could have gotten. Thank you for making such an enjoyable and refreshing video!

There something really comforting about the first ever outpost you spawn at. I saw how you kept going to plunder when there were others but that was me with Galleon grave. These edits were killing me man, the bit with the barrel on the brig was gold

Great video! Tip regarding the seemingly immortal skeleton: you need to hold out your lantern in front of it first. It’s a shadow skeleton so if you see it in a wispy shadowy form, hold out your lantern, it will pause for a bit and have a little animation, then it is vulnerable to attacks.😊

Solo captain dancing on the bowsprit while the ship crashes along the rocks at full speed made me laugh my ribs sore 😆 This makes me wish I recorded some of my gaming sessions. Hilarity does happen.

Keep grinding my guy, you’ll be a pirate legend very quick. Helpful tip, don’t anchor unless you have too, raise sails all the way to stop and you can get going again very quickly.

Looks like you had a pretty good first day in Sea of Thieves. I'm amazed that the barrel trick worked for so long on those people. The shadow skeletons by the way - they're only vulnerable during daytime, or when you shine a lantern lamp on them. I look forward to seeing more of your adventures, and maybe bumping into you on the high seas.

Ahhh yes one of those videos you find and instantly get hooked with the channel
Always wanted to play when the game released but couldn't do to a car wreck, then job loss, then covid lockdowns, then crypto boom which stole all the graphics cards that kept me from upgrading my PC. Finally bought the game on sale this christmas and I have been watching videos on how to solo sloop effectively. This is pretty much spot on to what I expect, although I have been a pretty avid FPS player all my life so PvP shouldn't be too bad for me. The only thing I want to do is the shroudbreaker quest line as soon as possible before the game starts dumping me into the larger pool of experienced players with dark adventurer sails on brigs. When I heard the "So anyway I started blasting" I knew this video was going to take me for a ride and when I heard the Full House music with your rendition that made me laugh I instantly subscribed. Good to know that you can still buy the hidden barrel emote. I thought they took that away and I was a sad panda. I think you are the only person I have ever seen SUCCESSFULLY hide on his OWN ship lol.

I can't stress enough how much your video summarize my whole experience with this game. I love exploration but I detest people killing me for fun. And then after being chased by a ship to escaping a Megalodon into dying to a kraken, I ragequit. I should try again sometime
