It was great to see The Last Homely House's (Agnes's) quilt! I've watched several people's videos of the festival, and yours was the first I saw to have it included.
I just HAD to include the footage, it was amazing to see it in real life.
WoW! 🤩 Loved the show. Thanks for taking us through it. One quilt more beautiful than the other. What a job for the judges to choose the first three places! 😅

Thank you - I'm there on Saturday and so looking forward to it. Its the first time I've been since 2019, there seemed to be much more space between the stalls, than there used to be but I did see some of my favourites there like Dandelion Designs - thank you again for a lovely video, I hope you had a brilliant day too x
There is alot of room between the aisle which is good and dandelion designs has such a big stall this year! All the stuff on there was amazing and I'll be purchasing from there tomorrow. Thank you for watching and enjoy the show on Saturday xx

Oh my goodness Rachel! thanks for taking us along. Being form Hawaii, I adore that whale in the first 2 minutes! But everything from the cross stitch, garden embroidery, floss makes me want to get on with needlepoint and sewing. Love what you do, and btw your voice is very soothing and lovely. Mahalo! 🏖

Grace the shows in the states are just as good, and lots of vendors. Look for a Show run by the Mancuso Brothers those are fabulous! 🇨🇦
I have been to many of the larger shows, & they are great! However, I have never been lucky enough to go to one in UK, Europe, or Japan. Too old to consider it now!!! But, it was fun watching the video, & I saved so much money, not being able to shop!!!😉😂😂

There really is so much to see, especially if you book onto workshops
Great quilt show tour, especially the vendor booths! I’ve looked at Yazzi bags but ended up happily sewing my own with patterns ByAnnie. She’s developed nearly 100 patterns and you can customize several of her bags for all your sewing, quilting, embroidery gear.
How fun, I live in Wyoming, USA it would be so much fun to come over for this. I love seeing the mix of ages young and older people. All the fabric and ideas and project potential, my budget is busted just walking around with you. However, very nice job on doing the video.
Love this video! I am particularly impressed that you actually showed the vendors in detail. I have watched four of these now and only Craft House Magic did as good a job!

@stitchwithrachel Yes, there are some craft shops with quilting supplies available. We have quite a few fabric shops with quilting cottons, but it is not always easy to coordinate fabrics for a quilt. And that brings us to 2 or 3 online shops that have more coordinating fabrics. Once again, thank you!

This was so enjoyable. Thank you for filming it. I'm in Canada and have had limited exposure to quilt shows. They seem the same but slightly different depending on where you are in the world.

😂 we don't discuss finances.. husbands might be watching! But you are not alone at all, and it's so easily done, my card declined at one point because I ran out of money, even that did not stop me 😂

You are very welcome, I'm sure that every time you watch it you will see something different because thats what it was like in person! My dress is a just a cheap dress to be honest but I was drawn to the print for the liberty look of it but thank you!
Oh Rachel! I knew I shouldn't have watched! I spotted Eli the elephant on the Lilly Rose Dolls stand ❤ I *had* to go over to the website to have a closer look and somehow?? I have no idea how, I have bought the kit to make him 😮🤷🏻🤔🤣🤣
Strangely enough.. same thing happened to me, and I brought home Hannah the hedgehog! The shop owner was such a lovely lady and had almost sold out of kits by the second day so they were a big hit x

Hi Rachel, my daughter has just found your video as she is going to the show tommorrow for the first time. Thank you for a wonderful video and for making us laugh. I have worked for a p&q shop for 26years and we’ve traded at the Nec for the last 18years. I’m the one who appears to be frowning at you approx 16 minutes in. I remember you walking by with your phone and apologise if I look like I’m frowning at you, don’t know what I was thinking but it’s hilarious. If you come next year come and say hi so I can apologise in person, we’re at the back by the cafe “White Cottage Country Crafts”. We also trade at Malvern in May. Hello, unfortunately I cannot find the vendor list for this show, i assume they removed it from their website once the event passed. but I can find the vendor list for 2024, it is often the same vendors in the same location aswell.
