@@sheelaxx When I started, I also thought its going to take yearsssssssss. Everything is a lot harder at the beginning, but it will improve over time i promise! Keep going 😘
Another one if you guys have a wall, or a couch and u want to watch a show. It’s a variation of number 10. Lay stomach flat on the floor. Feet facing the wall. Spread your legs and then use your arms to push your legs into the wall. U should feel it in your inner thigh. Then to get your mind off of it u can watch a show or UA-cam. Before u get out of this position rock back and forth then SLOWLY crawl forward and let your legs come back themselves. If you feel uncomfortable do a butterfly stretch for 15 seconds ( exercise number 3 at 4:13). Hope this helps and if ur confused let me know

Adding deep and controlled breathing in all these stretches relaxes the muscles to open
