my friend even if its just for show, such movements require high fitness, focus and training which influence the buddy and the brain positively all the time and not only during a fight! further more in Karate there is something called KATA which is certain movements somehow similar to this one, when U memories it the buddy will do it directly when need..I mean the response time will be amazing.
hmm one thing i know is this fighting style considered as one of the deadliest body blow along with shaolin temple's xin yi ba ,and this style considered one of the strongest kung fu CMIIW

Believing in gods is no prerequisite for any type of Kungfu. Also the so-called “muslim styles” of Chinese martial arts are not different from other Northern Chinese martial arts and have no actual connection to Islam. They just happened to be practiced by Chinese muslims.
This sword (blade) are a Miaodao. Like a nodachi, with 85-95cm of blade, 120-135cm size. But lighter. Nodachis has 1,5 to 3kg. Miaodao has 1 to 1,5kg. Nodachis is strongest than miaodaos, and usualy sharpests. Miaodaos are fasters.

The long Miao Dao sword in the middle of the vid, its the most practical Miao dao forms and techniques for sword attack and defence techquess. This Muslim is a master.
+Mohammed Al-Muzahmi I think martial arts in general are sunnah for Muslim (if I'm not mistaken, but to be sure pls ask others about this) as long as it doesn't contradict with the teachings of Islam.. The problems is in the philosophy and culture in the style of the martial arts itself.. Like a number of Chinese Kung Fu that's related to Buddhism and the cult in it.. If you can, find a martial arts that do not contradict the teachings of Islam (like a numerous Silat styles in Indonesia and Malaysia).. but if you can't find it, I think it's best to practice just the technical side of it and do not follow the philosophy or teachings that do not conform with Islamic teachings in it especially if it's related to other religion.. That's my opinion, hope it might help.. but be sure to ask others about this, I might be wrong..
Of course we can. Because we have our own wushu culture, it's not related to Taoism and Buddhism. In China, there are some kind of famous wushu which only can be learned by Hui Muslim in mosques. ShaoLin (少林派 Buddhism) and WuDang (武当派 Taoism) are the most two famous places in China to learn wushu. And they have the longest history. But every city in China has its own wushu culture, such as HuaShan Pai(华山派), Taishan Pai(泰山派), E Mei Pai(峨眉派), KongTong Pai(崆峒派), HengShan Pai(恒山派 and 衡山派), TianShan Pai(天山派), YanZi Men(燕子门), WuDu Jiao(五毒教), TangMen(唐门)....There are soooooo much....They focus on different kinds of wushu. The most important thing is that in China the purpose that people learn wushu is to keep being healthy...

dude .. kung fu is kung fu. nothing to do with religion. there are monks from shaolin learn kung fu do not mean kung fu are from buddhism or tao.
