I was excited until I saw you needed a machine for it.. lol
same:/
same
+jllj12 it's ok if you don't have a machine because guess what...You don't need a machine!!! What you can do is , freeze your strawberries so that they can be frozen. Add your frozen strawberries to your blender with some fresh lemon juice and a little bit of honey if you want. Blend until it is a thick consistency. If you blended it too much and your sorbet is too soft , place your sorbet in the freezer for a little while. Hope this helped!
haha
go to @xxdessertcreationsxx on instagram because I have a no machine Strawberry sorbet with full directions and ingredients
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, just use the same ingredients but instead of fresh strawberries, use frozen. You can use a food processor or blender and then just pour it into a rectangular freezer safe container and freeze it for an hour or two depending on how frozen the mixture is. Then, nice and yummy strawberry sorbet! 🍓😋🍓
I was ready to make some until you pulled out the ice cream machine :-)))))
read the comment from Hi. Goodbye
Use the blender and freeze it.
+JayFoxFire if u have the blender she has it's a 10/50 ratio 10%of strawberry base and 50% ice and press the ice cream button

I'm eating strawberries while watching this and really wishing I had used them to make this!
this looks so so yummy!!!
a few days ago I just made a strawberry and mango sorbet by only putting both in the blender with a tiny(!) splash of water, a tiny(!) splash of unsweetened soya milk and half a tablespoon agave syrup. it should be thick fruit smoothie texture. freeze. eat. boom! super smooth, super sorbet-ish, super sweet. no irritating ice crystals inside the sorbet, I guess that's because of the soya milk.
Laura you should make lemon meringue cupcakes! plz it sounds so good and I love lemon🍋🍋
Try this with kiwi, it's to die for
Ive made this with blueberries and it was super good! You should try it if you havent already

Do you guys remember the first time you watched “Laura in the kitchen”? Cause, I can’t.
I live close to strawberry fields and I can't wait till they start letting you pick. My mother - in - law and I go picking every year and freeze a bunch for smoothies and what not but I will definitely be making this for my husband and I.

Hey Laura! Can you show us how to make a caramel macchiato icecream? & also since its summer & there's plenty of fresh fruits how can we make any fruit icecream such as fig, watermelon etc? Is there a basic way to incorporate the fruits in a base? love ur shows!
I don't have an ice cream machine 😒
If you have a blender, you won't need an ice cream machine. The only thing is, it's more work for you because you have to blend.....transfer it, then freeze it+wait for a while for it to firm up, but not so much that it's rock-solid. Then blend it again, to a ice slush....then freeze again. And then blend again so the ice crystals become much finer....... at this stage, it'll closely resemble soft-serve ice cream, with the color lightening up considerably..... probably by 2 or 3 shades lighter..... don't be fooled. Once you freeze this again, it'll be as firm, yet as scoopable as if you made it in an ice cream machine.
you can make the mixture, and put it into a long pan, with a lid and freeze it until it gets hard and scoop it out like you would ice cream! it works good, as long as you close the container so it won't get freezer burnt :)
Hi, Laura. That sorbet looks beautiful. I hope you get around to make my Key Lime Bars. I appreciate it, Laura.
She is so funny when she sais " I know" 😂
Hi Laura, I hope you and your family are doing well..I just had to come here and, let you know I just finished making the sorbet just as you instructed..omg the taste cannot be described it is sooooo good..I kept seeing that icecream maker and it look so familiar to me...and one day I just happened to see a box not opened it was the same machine since 2018 🤦♀️..but I finally used it. Omg I recommend anyone, to get it..they are actually reasonably priced now compared to when I bought it. But I am happy.. thank you so much for these videos..I know they really are helpful..GB 🕊🔥😇
That lil dance she did was adorable hah

so trying this hate that fiji doesn get fresh berries ... LOVE YOUR EYE COLOR with that shirt at the end!!
it looks so good. would I be able to replace the sugar for coconut sugar or agave? thanks xoxo
Nutella ICE CREAMMMMMMMMMMM
All I see are people complaining about not having an ice cream maker...believe it or not, it's not that expensive of an appliance, you can find decent ones for around $50 or so, and because homemade ice cream is simple and delicious to make, is a good investment, it gets a lot of use at our place. Kitchenaid mixers have attachments for this too. A lot more of us will get use out of this recipe than you think. I just might make this on Sunday. Thanks Laura!
Also, there are ways of making ice cream without it...(don't just stick it in the freezer, it'll be a solid block of ice), but there are many methods you can research. It won't be quite the same consistency, but it'll get the job done
Gonna try this
Need Pear Sorbet recipe, it's a childhood favourite... A Greek man on a bicycle with two ice cream or sorbets in the summer afternoons...while in Germany. Great video, thanks
Can you make a blueberry/ mixed berry sorbet? Or anything with mixed berries???
