i know i'm kinda late but for corks you gotta start with your chest more up on the set becuase if u start with your chest up that's how you'll land and if u land higher it will be easier to control the swing. And to make the leg lag behind a bit more for of a swing, instead of focusing on having the swing leg back, try focusing on pushing the plant leg forward. Hope i helped even tho i'm 5 months late

@@ConnorLewis for some of the ones later in the video it's up more but i mostly noticed you were throwing it back early in most of the corks for the first half of the vid or so

Why are backfulls so weird on tramp 😵💫
You gotta set up a little more and bring your hips up before you twist, otherwise you'll just flop backwards and get no power for the actual flip. On ground you want to go a lot more sideways to rush get all the way around, but you have more time on tramp to go upwards 👍
