So much awesomeness! You don't ever disappoint Matt! One year TDR progression has been great to watch. I'm so glad that I have been following you since 2018 and witness all of your achievements! Keep it up brother! 🔥🔥🔥🔥👑❤️
You’ve made amazing progress
Thanks so much dude! 🙏
Watching your improvement here makes me realize that though you can fly through the air...you worked at this skill and you were not born with it. GREAT WORK!!! Loved it!!!
Haha that is definitely true, thanks so much man!
Good work💪

Good
👍🏻
How does the wrist hold up? I’m going through growing pains learning the move and i think a sore wrist is common
Haha yes it will definitely take a toll on your wrist at first but the better you get at the technique the easier it will be. I'm still not fantastic at mine but I typically don't get pain anymore unless I overdo it like anything else
Did it hurt your wrist practicing them outdoors?
Definitely a little bit actually, I had a slight wrist injury during the year and could practice them at all because it puts so much pressure on it. But I think as long as you don't over train it you'll be good!
@@ninjaticofficial Does your wrist still hurt from time to time now? Or did your wrist get stronger and/or the improvement of the move put less pressure on your wrist?
@@kevjones6266 Nah it feels totally fine now, it'll just hurt if you spam it too much haha
