Great channel bro, I like the content! By the way, I'm the guy who bought the 5x10 Big Tex utility trailer from you last year. I just started doing junk removal full-time a couple of months ago. I'm just grinding trying to figure out how to be a business owner. Glad to see things are going well for you!
Hey brother, it's a grind. It isn't easy 😂😂 I can't believe you found my channel. I saw some of your ads pop up on me feed a few times already, and I was like yoo that's the homie that bought my trailer😂 I wish you nothing but success man! I appreciate the feedback 🙏
Thanks for the content. I just started an equipment rental business and i have a Barreto trencher and and Kubota compact excavator to start. Live hearing about how your machines work and what other machines you wish you had. Keep it up!!
We had a blessing week last week we did a little over 17k for the week, on 1 hoarder house, then another squatter house clean up. So from Nov, 25th-Dec 15th we did a little over 40k good ending of the year
Hey dude. It’s always best to get a onecall and get the utilities marked it’s free. I know this was in the backyard but I know at my house I have an att line that runs through my yard. And I have seen water lines and gas lines get tangled with tree roots and then it can pull it up and you have a mess on your hands. And hopefully you don’t ever have that happen. But if you do just back your machine out and pull it as far as you can and idle it down don’t just turn it off. If it’s a gas line and it backfires that can be an ignition source. Keep up the hustle!! Feel free to follow our channel.
@rodriguezadventures865 your going to hate my next video. I grinded a stump in the front yard without calling 811 today. The contractor needed it done today. But he only needed me to go 1-2in deep
@@JackofHaulTrades it happens just don't let it get the best of you. They can and will get very expensive very fast. The utility companies will make you pay for the fix and the loss of services. Make sure you have insurance just for the protection. In my area they can be off no more than 2' plus half the diameter of the pipe. 6" pipe They can be off their mark 2' 3" . Just check your local area.
I did not realize you were running a Barreto until you mentioned it. That company rocks Customer Service, I just added a Barreto 825tkl to my growing yard of equipment. I can not speak highly enough about my experience so far with the machine and the company. Funny there is not more vids on the UA-camz from endusers. (I am going to fix that, already have started)
Dude, that battery dealio, uhg! My dump trailer battery just doesnt get charged enough to keep up with a high cycle rate... I am getting 7-8 dumps before the deepcycle gives up... 3-4 with a nomal battery.
@@JackofHaulTrades I have been shuttling gravel about 4 miles from the pit to my place… I would have my driveway done yesterday if the Battery would have kept-up😅

Man I wish the dump near me was like that... Mine has nails everywhere lol. My trailer is sketchy to load too, very steep. One day id like a tilt and load deckover, but one thing at a time lol.
Good work bro. Honestly, if I were you, I wouldn’t even bother talking about the money personally bro. Your content is good enough as it is without having to bring up what you’re charging or making. There’s hundreds of Facebook groups and Google articles about how to figure out what to charge. I think people need and want more real life content like you’re bringing to life. You and I are in a good area of the country that is lucky to have high paying clients.
Hey brother! I appreciate your feedback, but my area is full of low ballers, and it's only been getting worse and worse. I'm not posting price to brag or anything like that. I just want people to start charging what the work is worth and to build some confidence in themselves because if I can do it, anyone can! Thank you for the great comment again!
Great question. The skidsteer attachment is not as powerful. It's still expensive, and if you're standing on the skidsteer, the visibility sucks when grinding. Also, the barreto can grind on hills and is very stable to the ground. The stand on is very tippy and sketchy on hills. I also plan on renting out the stump grinder since it's so DIY friendly. Have a great weekend brother, and thank you for watching!
@@JackofHaulTrades Thanks for the info I knew there was a reason. I didn't think about the visibility. Makes good sense Every attachment for any skid steer is expensive these days. Your stump grinder is the boss. 🙂
Luckily, not yet I been real careful so far. I did rotate the teeth since you can rotate the green teeth up to 3 times! They should last around 40-50h per set I believe
