I was just telling my husband about this yesterday! Mine get very excited and lay on the mat, walk under me in downward dog, rub my legs in seated positions, stare expectantly up at me in standing positions. LOL. It's fun for them, too.
someone said sometimes yoga gets them to cry and i believed their experience but never thought that would be brought out in me, let alone in a 17 minute practice. at the end in corpse pose i just started smiling, and i thought about my room, i do the sessions in the dark with fairy lights on, they go around my walls, and i thought about how comfortable my room was and how i could do this forever. the thought made me sad, but then i realized that that feeling wasn't a push against time, but that it was contentedness. i haven't felt truly content/happy since i was in high school (im 24), and it was like it hit me that that feeling was me being content/happy. that wanting to exist in a space forever was an indication of happiness. and then 2 giant tears fell and i just sat there with these gentle happy tears. i dont think i would have realized what to connect that feeling to if not during this session. so thank you adriene!! this is my third time trying this 30 days and this is the farthest ive gotten! ive fallen in love with making this a part of my routine and i really think im going to stick to it this time.
I love your comment. I never heard that Yoga makes people cry, I always thought it was just me. But I actually cry very often while practicing. Idk it's either out of happiness, release or some other feeling from within.
ADRIENE MADE ME INTO A DISNEY PRINCESS! I was casualy practicing day 12, had my windows open. Suddenly a robin comes flying in, lands on my mat and watches my downward dog. What is this life? Is this Enchanted?
Hello everyone, could not find a better way to go through quarantine than doing it with yoga with Adriene. I am amazed by the results . Still not touching the mat with my heels while downward facing dog but I have never been so close. My balance is way better though. Still mixing instructions some time "I am up , Adrienne is down, oops missed something" but I think it is okay, the important thing is to have fun and I have! Thank you for your videos Adriene. And great job to every yogi here!! Thoughts from France!
I completely agree. I've been doing yoga with Adriene every day since this started, and it has had a significant impact on my mood. Thanks, Adriene, for making me laugh in the middle of a tough pose. You are awesome!
I’ve just started yoga too and I’m completely in love with it! This is a lifestyle change for me. I couldn’t agree more with what you’ve said. Love from the UK
Yoga reminds me that ultimately we are responsible for our own happiness. Today, practice having your own back. Seek support from within. Even if you knock yourself off balance. #yoga #30daysofyoga #yogawithadriene #yogaforhealth #yogaposes #yogaeverydamnday #yogaeveryday #yogaforlife
So off balance today! The tree pose is the hardest thing we have done so far, for my body. So excited to keep working on it and be able to one day transition through the entire pose without tipping over ;)
Did I manage all the balances and poses? No. Am I heckin' excited to grow with it and nail them down the line? Absolutely! Thank you, Adriene, for actually showing the different levels so that I know that where I'm at is perfectly fine (I'm 12 days old in yoga age) and what I can aspire to!
Adriene really grows on you. She makes yoga so fun. The compassion, love, and lightheartedness surrounding the practice; she embodies it. Thank you for sharing that energy with us. 🙏
My favorite part in your videos is when you say "Come on, stay with me, you got this!" It totally helps me to keep focusing on my breath and makes holding the poses much easier. Thanks :)
When I hear “Hello this is yoga with Adriene, and I am Adriene” I start breathing deeper and automatically relax. Noticed I say that to myself during the day when I need to feel some comfort. Love you.
I've struggled with upper back pain for about three years now after carrying a really heavy backpack with a high-stress level. I was only 16 when this back pain began. It's only gotten progressively worse, and during the quarantine, I decided to try yoga since I finally had time. Nearly two weeks in and this is the best my back has ever felt in such a long time.
@@lightnightsky oh wow you brought my attention to this comment from 4 years ago lol..personally my back is way worse than before and now came down my leg...yoga is the only working solution to deal with pain..keep going and don't neglect your back's health..much love stay safe !
Day 12: Yoga with Adriene - Yoga For Spinal Health. I'm going to be honest. My heart wasn't in my practice today. I gave it a go regardless. I found that the focused breathing through the forward folds and in those moments where we bring our hands together at our heart. Breathing is good for bringing in your focus and shifting your mind off of the distractions of the day. Thanks Adriene for being wonderful and keeping me coming back to the mat! Namaste.
Finally did a chaturanga with proper form, holy cow. I shouted out "Adriene, I did it!" but you obviously weren't here to hear me. Thought I'd let you know via the web. Thanks
My wife watches me do this every day with awe and pride that I finally take my own health into serious consideration. Thank you. Looking forward to day 13!!
I am an 18 year old boy and absolutely loving this, I used to do a lot of gymnastics when I was younger so used to be extremely flexible. Now it is frustrating to me because I know what I used to be able to do and now I am not even close. Watching your videos with your totally chilled out vibe calms me down and makes me happy and gives me the motivation to keep trying and push myself. Thank you Adriene. Thank you.
I've experienced something similar re finding it hard to come to terms with where my body is at right now. I did some yoga classes over a decade ago and my balance was def better then, so it's frustrating to have to work to build that up again (tree pose = arrgh!). Best of luck to you on your yoga journey! :)
@@ellieking4132 Yup, I'm very excited though to keep this going and become much more flexible again the yoga is actually kind of addicting ! And it helps a lot when you can see your progress as the weeks go by, good luck to you too :)
Yes, I totally feel you when you say "I was more flexible back then". I did judo for 13 years and even though I wasn't the most flexible, I know that since I stopped, I got back to point zero. Adrienne's yoga helps a lot to regain a small portion of what once was at least :-)
I am doing the challenge and am currently on the day 16, but I always go back to previous days and practice those too (favourites are day 6, day 8 and day 12). I love how you make us train our muscles without those annoying repetitions and counting as is done in fitness but you just breathe through them. :D Thank you so much Adriene for these videos, they brighten my day and make me feel more alive and happy! :)
I couldn't help but yell "timmmmber" every time I fell out of tree pose! I seriously don't know what I would do without my daily dose of Yoga with Adriene!!!
Adrienne, you are such a dear. I look forward to my yoga session each day. I am 8 months into injury rehab and so happy you are with me on my journey back to wholeness. You are my new best friend.♥️
Dear Adriene, I started this yoga challenge a few days before the new year. Though I've never been a sucker for resolutions, I told myself that this year I wanted to be more active and to be more in tune with my body and spirit. I'm committing to 20-30 minutes of SOME kind physical activity daily. I figured why not try something I could grow to actually enjoy, that way it won't feel like exercise. I've always admired the practice of yoga, but I never made any real effort towards it. I'd always end up laughing at myself either because of how out of shape I was or simply because I wouldn't take it seriously. But somehow, I've just completed day 12 of this journey and something in me just knows I will make it to day 30 (and when I do, I'll do it again!). It really is insane when you start to notice the progress you and your body are making. I don't know if I would be so far along in this journey if I had clicked on any other yoga instructor's page! Adriene, you make it okay to laugh at yourself and to not take things too seriously. I mean, name another yoga instructor who shamelessly delivers such cheesy jokes! Thank you for bringing such light and energy and fun to your yoga videos. Thank you for giving us options as learners. Thank you for your daily words of encouragement. You are appreciated. See you in the comments section on day 30 :)
That went by so fast today! Was fun, yet again. My tree pose is improving and i couldnt be happier! Thank you for teaching me. Namaste Adriene! Have a lovely day xo
I can't tell if these practices are easier than the first few days or if I'm improving, but I'd like to think it's the latter. When I raised my right leg to stack my hips, my left heel touched the mat and I am so excited. You are a wonder, Adriene. Thank you.
YOGA DAY 12/30 JUNE 12, 2024 🎉BEST DAY EVER!! I'M SO HAPPY. Today's practise was lit. I did not struggle as much. My balance still needs work but it was fun!!🎉 🎉I always do my yoga 🧘🏽♀️ at night at around 20:00Pm or 01:00AM since that's when I have time and my attention is high and I won't bail out. I encourage you all to be mindful of the times you pick to do yoga, it really helps to keep pace!! Anygays, Seokjin is back and I'm ecstatic. HAPPY YOGAAAAA!!🎉
I've never stuck with any workout routine so consistently as I have with Adrienne, I actively look forward to getting on the mat and spending time with her everyday. My body hasn't felt and looked this good in years, but the best part is I feel SO positive everyday! 🥰💕
I can't thank you enough for these videos, you are one of the few things that makes me look forward for the day even in quarantine and I always find myself feeling better after these practices even if I struggle while doing them. You helped so many people with your challenges I hope that you always find good things in your life too.
i was being lazy so was having a look at your video, if it was a little too hard for me i was gonna postpone doing it. then i saw your rock n roll pants, and i was wearing my ac/dc t-shirt so i got motivated instantly! thanks for your awesome videos adriene! love from turkey :)
Cannot tell how thankful I am to all of you and Adrienne. 2019 and 2020 are like disastrous events happening unceasingly to my city Hong Kong. It was extremely hard to keep a calm and peaceful mind witnessing my people got beaten up and arrested in 2019. And it’s when Yoga saved me. Hearing Adrienne ‘s gentle voice and putting my palms together when she says Namaste , I feel like I finally grant myself some tranquility amid the chaos and mess out there
I’ve been doing this yoga every second day, and at first I wasn’t sure how I felt about doing it and in the past all I stated was that I hated yoga. One bad experience and I was done for. Though, I kept going, and now I’m on Day 12 and I actually look forward to doing the yoga after I finish my day at school. I’ve read through the comments on every video, and people talk about how emotional they got, and I never understand why, until now. I was laying on the mat and I just felt a wave of emotion go through me and I just cried, but it was a good cry. This yoga is definitely helping me mentally and physically. I’m so proud of myself, and I hope I can get myself to Day 30. Even though this video is 4 years old and I hardly ever comment, I couldn’t resist.
Adrienne, you are a godsend during these times. Fewer atrophied aches and pains and better sleep have been the rewards you give me through your tutorials. I have tried several yoga studios and no one has more thorough description and guidance. Thank you for staying with us through to the end of this dark tunnel. Xo
omg I am a mom of two recovering from childbearing years and I am so grateful for your amazing yoga teaching!! Thank you for putting this out in to the world. You are so special!! I love your mom. and you.
The first yoga video I ever did was Yoga for Scoliosis. When I was diagnosed, everyone kept saying yoga yoga yoga. I was pretty desperate lol, searched for scoliosis yoga, did the yoga, got hooked on yoga! Now every yoga for the spine or yoga for your back really speaks to me. My back pain is pretty manageable now too! Thank you Adriene! ❤️
Wow my lower leg muscles and arches did not like holding myself in the tree pose. Also, i had a bad choice of pants, too slipery and my feet kept sliding down! Warrior 3 is much harder but itll be good to practice it and get better. Almost halfway through the challenge!! Im thinking yoga could be a regular thing for me even afterwards :)
I look forward to Adriene's videos each day. I like her way of not making me feel bad if I cannot do a pose. I have learned to just laugh as I fall or look at the difference between her pose and mine. I still know I am doing something good for my body and mind. Thank you.
I have had several different yoga teachers in my life, I am 71 years young. Adrienne is one of those rare ‘what you see is what you get’ type persons and I love that. I am like that too.She has that rare quality of even as you might be learning hard things, she keeps you focused on each part of the position and before you know it, bang, you just successfully achieved doing that position. She is a great teacher and person.
I can't believe I'm already on day 12!! I'm having so much FUN! And I am noticing muscles in my legs staring to show!!! I have added this challenge to my routine the summer and I'm loving it! Thank you Adrienne! :)))))
I recently experienced crippling health issues and was essentially sedentary for 5 weeks. I gained a lot of weight and was depressed. 12 days ago, I gathered all the mental and physical strength I could to get back onto the mat for the first time in what felt like years. I was sweating profusely and felt like giving up numerous times out of frustration and disappointment for not being in the shape I used to be... but I stuck with it. I'm SO happy I did. Here I am, 12 days under my belt and I already notice a significant change in my overall strength - both physically and mentally. Adrienne has saved me multiple times and I am so thankful for her and this community. I did this challenge when it first came out when I was in a totally different stage of my life and it feels surreal to be doing it again.
Hey Adriene, I'm totally new to yoga and this 30 days are a blessing for my soul. And I love reading the comments, you have a special community - in a good way!. :) Greetings from germany.
Husband and I are loving our lockdown thanks to these videos. Keeping us going even when it's really tough, best way to unwind after a day of home schooling and chaos!
Day 12 Done! My phone buzzed halfway through this and normally I would have paused to answer it but yoga is amazing in the way that it just seems to make time stand still and us forget about everything. This was awesome. My warrior 3 leg raises are getting back to 90° which makes me really happy! :)
Adriene, I got my sisters and friends to do 30 Days of Yoga during quarantine. Everyone is loving it, feeling better, stronger, more relaxed. Thank you for being you! You are way too adorable.
I've just started doing Yoga with yourself and I'm loving it. I've always wanted to try it to ease back pain, increase flexibility generally and to improve my spirituality but been put off by classes full of women. Thank you for your videos, I'm really noticing a difference in my back, my breathing and even silly things like my walking feeling more comfortable. I'll shut up now but thank you for the videos - James :)
I notice the walking thing too!!! It feels different and good... I know this sounds ridiculous but I genuinely feel the support of the earth when walking (and I can hear Adriene's mantra in my head too "feel the earth/your legs/your body supporting you" haha!)
Just wanted to say hello and thanks for putting yourself and your yoga out there for us. I started doing yoga many years ago, but actually put the physical part of the process into the over-thinking at the beginning of March. I had the video of the 20 minute beginner session saved on my computer for "when I got around to it." Getting around to it for me meant finally coming to the realization for the need of a self-efficacious daily process for my health; revealed by an empathetic process wrapped up in the drama of an office narcissist. Beginning my yoga practice actually set forward the processes that I spent four years studying in college and will continue to study in whatever form makes the most sense going forward (graduate school, culinary school, dog walking school, Zen and the Art of Honda Maintenance, whatever...). I have a psychology degree. And I work in a psych lab. It's a strange working environment, to say the least; but when the medical doctor, from India, who handled the lab with grace and ease, recommends you undertake a yoga practice to deal with the currently (at the time) frazzling empathetic sensitivity - a gift that led you to the profession in the first place - you listen.... Anyway, I wanted to say thank you for being a part of the transformation into the human that I am becoming. I now embody first hand experimental evidence in a fresh yoga practice in one's early 30s. I would now feel more inclined to recommend a yoga practice to a (potential) client if I end up undertaking the whole counselor track that I'm thinking about. So, I've learned this: Just keep showing up. That's all you gotta do. And don't forget to laugh. So, thanks. And I thank everyone else too. And I thank myself. Okay, bye.
I've never been into yoga but recent 'unusual' times meant I had to find an exercise to do at home, decided to give this a try and I am slowly starting to love/ look forward to it everyday. Thank you for sharing your practice with us, Adriene.
4 months ago I went to the ER because of shoulder pain and stomach pain. I was extremely overweight and not healthy. I had no muscle and a bad lifestyle. I found out I have food allergies I wasn’t aware of and my shoulder needed physical therapy. 4 months later and I have completely changed my life. I have a new eating lifestyle, a massage therapist, and Adrienne to thank for my progress. I’ve never been comfortable in my body but lately these videos have kept me confident through this major life change and wake up call. Thank you Adrienne for helping change my life. I’m so grateful. Today’s video left me on the floor crying in frustration halfway through because I have no balance but hearing you reassure through the video got me back up. It’s these gentle reminders and major changes i’m seeing from this challenge that keep me sane. Thank you.
Wow true, I didn't think about it much but now when I read this comment I realized it happened to me as well. how, how is it even possible that there's so much good outcomes which you can notice in such short time? XDD
I know I'm way beyond with my 30days of Yoga but you keep my neck and back from dying during those long hours studying in the library. I can't wait to get on the mat with you every night! You keep my relaxed and empowered! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and your happiness with us
My tree was like a young sapling blowing in a breeze but it stayed upright. I so look forward to doing these daily and find myself doing them when for example waiting for the kettle to boil and even if waiting for a bus. :)
That's an awesome series of videos! Adriene you're, at least for me, the best thing that happened to the Yoga world! Thanks so much for your videos! You make our lives better!
Adrienne, you probably won’t see my comment, if you will, you should know that u r an amazing teacher and human being....your videos are the light at the end of my day... the perfect relaxation for the soul and body after 14 hours of studying...you are keeping me sane through law school, thank you!
Day 12 of lockdown challenge with Adriene and I'm getting up looking forward to each new session. Biggest challenge is restricting myself to one a day 😀. Managing postures I never dreamed possible before. Thank you Adriene 😘
I really love the way you conduct the practice, time just flies by and I always feel great afterwards. It really is the shining light to my day, and makes me want to share this feeling with others. Hopefully in the future I can finish my teacher training and share with the yoga and non yoga community like you do. Thank you for another awesome practice.
55 year old Brit, very stiff due to many years of hard exercise. Did 'beginners' yoga for two weeks, now on day 12 of 30 day challenge! Feel amazing after each session and getting more flexible every day, although still finding 'Downward Dog tough on the hamstrings 😅. Can't thank you enough Adrienne, you are such a calm and inspirational teacher. 😎
Woke up this morning in quarantine.. was very upset about nog seeing my boyfriend since almost 2 months.. I got on the mat like every last 11 days and in a few minutes Adriene made me feel light, free from worries. i am so thankfull to have this! She is so kind and I feel the support from a distance. Love this!!! Thank you!
I have just started my adventure with yoga and I don't know why I always feel like I'm gonna cry after session. And what is the weirdest, this are happy tears. Nothing gives me such relief. Thank you.
Namaste 🙏🏻 can’t believe I kept balance through all those poses! I think I am better at home than in a class. I find in a class sometimes it’s off putting when you see really experienced yogis. I just focus on myself at home. Have a great day x
I couldn't be more grateful for you and your channel Adriene, truly helps me control my energy. I was feeling super irritated at the end of my day and this completely brought me back to a happy, glowy buzz of energy instead of a negative one. It's crazy how much taking a big deep breath can settle you. Loved this practice, can't wait for tomorrow's as I work through my 30 days of yoga! :)
I have always despised yoga! Couldn't slow down or do any of the poses. It always got me down. My brother came to visit me months ago and suggested I try it with Adriene. Since we started quarantining I thought I'd give it a go - OH MY GOODNESS! I can't go a day without it! Started with the yoga for beginners which I did for a week and felt fabulous. My aches and pains are gone and my body and mind feel amazing. It has certainly helped get me through this crazy time, which has also benefitted my family while we're all stuck at home. Still building my strength and getting to know my body - but I'm so grateful to have Adriene's soothing voice and calming suggestions to help. Thank you so much - from Australia!
I hurt my back doing squats and then started doing yoga for back pain and then got onto 30 days of yoga. On my 12th day, I am feeling relaxed and my lower back pain has subsided quite a bit. Used to do Yoga with my mom when I was a kid and now getting back into it. Thank you Adriene!
WOW!! I've had horrific heartburn all day and now after doing this it's completely gone. I remember you mentioned that you suffer with the sam thing so I thought I'd put it to the test and it totally works!!! Thanks Adriene! See you tomorrow ^__^
Yesterday my fiance's father passed away after fighting brain cancer for 4 months. Today we spent time at a funeral home planning services/driving around trying to just let it all go. I missed yoga practice this morning. Made time even thought I'm exhausted. Always worth it.
I was a little scared after having some muscle aches today from yesterday. But man did the time fly. I loved this one so much. Oh and the best part about home practise? I took my pants of in tree pose because my foot kept sliding down and no one even saw :) Rocked that pose by the way. Untill tomorrow!
I am so proud of myself for sticking with this challenge! I look forward to doing yoga every day. I started practicing yoga to help with anxiety and depression, and because of this challenge I am feeling so great! I love the warrior poses and was actually surprised how well I was able to balance in warrior 3 even though I have never done it before! Thank you so much Adriene! You have helped me discover something new to love!
Thank you for the tip to "have a little fun and not taking it too seriously" it really helped. I started to smile and I was actually able to do the Warrior 3! Awesome tip and made me smile. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world. :)
I have been following your 30-day series together with my boyfriend for a while now. As often as we can we take our mats after work and do some yoga and it helps me sooo much to release stress from the day and connect to my body again. I could never follow an online yoga-course and would stop within a few days but this course makes me so happy! For the first time in years I can actually touch my toes again and I love that feeling. You make me laugh during the practices with your weird noises but you also keep me motivated during the practice. Thank you for your videos!
I wasn't sure if this was yielding any results for me until I went on a short jog this morning. I can breathe so much easier when I run now, and it's only day 12! Thank you, Adriene
Really nice practice today, I loved the tree pose. Anybody else is feeling that their concentration is much better? I'm doing yoga, among other reasons, because I'm a bit of an anxious person. So far is working out beautifully. Thank you Adriene :)
I feel so discouraged today. I don't feel well, but I forced myself to get up early in the morning to do this. I don't feel great afterward, but I'm always happy when I finish one of her videos. Day 11 and 12 have been really hard for me because of my motivation but I've been sticking with these videos. Hopefully I can make it to day 30.
Adriene, I can't tell you how lovely it is to have this to look forward to each morning. I feel so lifted and I can feel my body getting stronger every day. Thank you for doing these videos. I find quiet space before the happiness/madness of children take over my day! Thanks again!
Thank you for putting extra black out time at the end of this video. I always feel like I need a couple extra seconds of peace before the autoplay into the next video :)
I actually gave up for about three days. Depression and school just got too overwhelming. I'm still thankful with myself and with adrienne for allowing me to practice and to strengthen my body. Remember to be kind with yourself and to push yourself whilst respecting your boundaries!!
I started doing this challenge two days into my hotel quarantine in Australia, and I love it! I get out tomorrow to the real world, but I will definitely keep up my practice. Thank you Adriene!
Hi friends! I just wanted to give love and healing energy to anyone who needs it today. I didn't have any kind of intense emotional feelings or "intellectual" breakthroughs today, but I think this is the result of either a calm mind...or a really tired one. Haha. I did practice a little early today along with the 6 min ab workout (that randomly auto-played after this session) and so I feel okay. I think the most difficult things today were the choices I had to make in terms of saying no to people, choosing not to eat a slice of Tiramisu (I'm not against eating it but I used to eat it too often haha), going to practice versus going out late to drink with friends and party up. Physical health is really a commitment, and it's becoming a little bit easier for me to pick myself after all the years of choosing others over me because I distracted myself from doing the hard work of self-improvement. Please stick with this friends, and keep improving. You are loved! Thank you friends!! 💜🙏
My cat has begun to recognize Adriene's voice, and he comes to hang out on my mat with me during my practice!
Cats feel the energy around, and you emanate energy when doing yoga.
same!!
Our dog does the same :)
Same!
Read your comment and it touched me. Wondering how you are doing now?
I am 24 watching this today and am also finding a sense of self I once had in my teen years! 😮
This is one of the most beautiful comments I've ever read. It is true, happiness is wanting to be present where you are.
ADRIENE MADE ME INTO A DISNEY PRINCESS!
I was casualy practicing day 12, had my windows open. Suddenly a robin comes flying in, lands on my mat and watches my downward dog. What is this life? Is this Enchanted?
hahaha you literally just lived out my five-year-old dreams XD
Hello everyone, could not find a better way to go through quarantine than doing it with yoga with Adriene. I am amazed by the results . Still not touching the mat with my heels while downward facing dog but I have never been so close. My balance is way better though. Still mixing instructions some time "I am up , Adrienne is down, oops missed something" but I think it is okay, the important thing is to have fun and I have! Thank you for your videos Adriene. And great job to every yogi here!! Thoughts from France!
I'm one day behind you, we got this!
I completely agree. I've been doing yoga with Adriene every day since this started, and it has had a significant impact on my mood. Thanks, Adriene, for making me laugh in the middle of a tough pose. You are awesome!
Totally
yeah me too, a sculptor in Maine, I may not get everything done on my list, but I am staring each day with this 30 day yoga bliss.

Clare Burns Yes it is. I hope these are offerings that you can return to again and again. Some are bit heating for sure ;-) oxoxo
Excellent practice, Adriene Mishler !
So off balance today! The tree pose is the hardest thing we have done so far, for my body. So excited to keep working on it and be able to one day transition through the entire pose without tipping over ;)
Definitely need more practice with the tree pose. But I'm not giving up.
Awesome practice! My tree was shaky but that's ok. I pretended it was a windy day. :)
Adriene must be a yoga angel. I can't help but smile every time I click on the next video. One of the best parts of my day, if not THE best.
yoga angel lol ikr!
I agree! She's pure sunshine! ❤️😊🧘🏼♀️
Thanks :)
For the record my thumbs down is really a downward facing thumbs up. 😊
When I hear “Hello this is yoga with Adriene, and I am Adriene” I start breathing deeper and automatically relax. Noticed I say that to myself during the day when I need to feel some comfort. Love you.
Two years of struggle and 12 days in , now 50% of my back pain is gone ...
i can't thank you enough
+NOU ON omg you r like me exactly !!
+NOU ON
Same here! More than 2 years with mine..
I notice that I don't pull my back muscles anymore when I stretch in the morning
Progress
With each passing day these videos seem to fly by faster and faster. Keep it up everyone!
I feel like a rocket! 40% of the 30 days are dooooone 😲
Namaste.
This was glorious. I don't know how I'd survive college without you. Thank you for keeping me sane!
Get it Hannah!!! XOXOOX
Hannah Hudson I feel the same way! If I didn't do yoga, I'd go nuts
Veronika Nabergoj Amen! Amen! Amen! xooxox
Five Nights at Freddy's song
I couldn't help but yell "timmmmber" every time I fell out of tree pose! I seriously don't know what I would do without my daily dose of Yoga with Adriene!!!
Same here sister 🙂
Thank you, this made me laugh!
Adrienne, you are such a dear. I look forward to my yoga session each day. I am 8 months into injury rehab and so happy you are with me on my journey back to wholeness. You are my new best friend.♥️
I am glad too, bestie!
Awesome my heels touched the floor today during down dog. U r so strong much respect!
Dear Adriene,
I started this yoga challenge a few days before the new year.
Watches the next vid the night before so i kinda know the steps tomorrow. I look forward for tomorrow everyday adriene. Thank you so much.
That went by so fast today! Was fun, yet again. My tree pose is improving and i couldnt be happier! Thank you for teaching me. Namaste Adriene! Have a lovely day xo
BEAUTIFUL A!
It did go fast !
I can't tell if these practices are easier than the first few days or if I'm improving, but I'd like to think it's the latter. When I raised my right leg to stack my hips, my left heel touched the mat and I am so excited. You are a wonder, Adriene. Thank you.
YOGA DAY 12/30
JUNE 12, 2024
🎉BEST DAY EVER!! I'M SO HAPPY. Today's practise was lit. I did not struggle as much. My balance still needs work but it was fun!!🎉
🎉I always do my yoga 🧘🏽♀️ at night at around 20:00Pm or 01:00AM since that's when I have time and my attention is high and I won't bail out. I encourage you all to be mindful of the times you pick to do yoga, it really helps to keep pace!! Anygays, Seokjin is back and I'm ecstatic. HAPPY YOGAAAAA!!🎉
This 30 day challenge is keeping me sane through exam season, thank you so much Adriene
Great to hear. Making time for yourself and yoga practice actually saves time and helps you at the desk! I believe it! xoxox
My right leg is not having it. And I suck at the transitions, but you know what, I'm sticking to it.
Adrienne, you are a godsend during these times. Fewer atrophied aches and pains and better sleep have been the rewards you give me through your tutorials. I have tried several yoga studios and no one has more thorough description and guidance. Thank you for staying with us through to the end of this dark tunnel. Xo
"Notice how you feel.."
AWESOME!!!
omg I am a mom of two recovering from childbearing years and I am so grateful for your amazing yoga teaching!!
I love how every day the practice gets a little easier because I am getting a little stronger
+heyysimone My pants did the same thing, I was wearing pyjama bottoms, so I rolled them up and my foot gripped better onto my skin.
I was wearing shorts, ouch 😝
I just so happened to have short shorts on and it was the first time I've ever gotten my feet to stay up there 👣
My arches hated that, too. I also run... so I'm hoping I just need banana.
Adriene thank you so much! I’m on day 12. Feeling amazing! Still more to practice! It’s my first time ever doing Yoga. Thank you!
On the 12th day of yoga, Adrienne gave to me a tree pose and a happy baby :)
I sang it in my head, huehue
I look forward to Adriene's videos each day. I like her way of not making me feel bad if I cannot do a pose. I have learned to just laugh as I fall or look at the difference between her pose and mine. I still know I am doing something good for my body and mind. Thank you.
Oh dear, my tree was blowing about a bit. must practise more. Beautiful as always, thank you Adriene, I feel goooood.
Stick with that tree Yvonne! xoxo
Awesome Emma. It's unfoldinggggg!
elmo
Thank you so much our angel ♡
Just wanted to say hello and thanks for putting yourself and your yoga out there for us. I started doing yoga many years ago, but actually put the physical part of the process into the over-thinking at the beginning of March. I had the video of the 20 minute beginner session saved on my computer for "when I got around to it."
Getting around to it for me meant finally coming to the realization for the need of a self-efficacious daily process for my health; revealed by an empathetic process wrapped up in the drama of an office narcissist.
Okay, bye.
I cannot believe how much these practices have changed my life , I keep going on at my 23 and 21 year old to start , cheers !!!
“What you’re doing is really hard. Good job mom. I’m proud of you”
-my five year old while watching me yoga 🥹🥰
Thank you.
I'm a man I'm doing yoga and Im feeling great each day! thanks adriene!
13,000 plus people are all doing this practice. You should be stoked Adriene.
i just experienced that with this challenge this month i had no pain during my menstruation god bless yogaa
Yes, I know those young saplings well ;-) blowing int he breeze! But right on my friend! xoxoox Yes!
That's an awesome series of videos! Adriene you're, at least for me, the best thing that happened to the Yoga world! Thanks so much for your videos! You make our lives better!
This 30 day challenge has been really brightening up my days while having to stay at home. Sending light and love to everyone
Day 12, wow! Didn't think I'd get here. I feel like I won't be able to thrive without yoga anymore. I also love reading the comments afterward :)
Day 12 has been wonderful as always. Thank you, Adriene. You are the Best.
Btw, anyone feels super hungry after Yoga??
Cos I am 😅😅
Adriene, you have helped me pass this isolation with a smile on my face :) thank you for your dedication and positivity
thank you Adriene for giving people the opportunity to make time for themselfs
I hurt my back doing squats and then started doing yoga for back pain and then got onto 30 days of yoga. On my 12th day, I am feeling relaxed and my lower back pain has subsided quite a bit. Used to do Yoga with my mom when I was a kid and now getting back into it. Thank you Adriene!
YWA continuing to get me through quarantine. My body is thanking me for keeping this up and my mind and spirit are so grateful for this lifeline.
Are you feeling like you're getting stronger everyday? Because hell yeah I am!
That's a good idea, my pants kept chafing between my foot and my thigh!
Very happy to be part of such a wonderful community - namaste :)
Me too. Dang it. ME TOO! Namaste.
Absolutely wonderful. I may be 67 but I am enjoying stretching and learning more about my body. Thanks so much, Adriene.
Dear Adriene, day 12 and I don't drink pain killers. Thank you!
Thank you for putting extra black out time at the end of this video. I always feel like I need a couple extra seconds of peace before the autoplay into the next video :)
Yesss I so needed this.
My mind and body have been feeling so great lately thanks to this challenge.
Yoga works! I love it. Thanks my friend.
I actually gave up for about three days. Depression and school just got too overwhelming. I'm still thankful with myself and with adrienne for allowing me to practice and to strengthen my body. Remember to be kind with yourself and to push yourself whilst respecting your boundaries!!
Thank you Adriene, love these videos and yr jokes haha
Wow I've never felt my back so light!!! Day 12 was so fun!!! Looking forward for tomorrow!!!!
