I've never felt compelled to leave a comment on a UA-cam video before but I feel this is warranted. I am a 38-year-old guy who has never done yoga a day in my life and I have started doing your 30 day challenge. The first five days were pretty good, this six pack ab challenge damn near killed me. But I'll be back tomorrow for day 7. Thanks for making such great videos.
According to my husband I completed my yoga practice, laid down in shavasana, took one big deep breath in and out, then instantly fell asleep snoring and all 😂😂 💤 I woke up again on my yoga mat 3 hours later...
That sounds like you have already been paid back in full! These have been a good mental and physical reawakening for me, but also a good relaxing guide to sleeping better - though, not that immediate for me yet..
i find anything ab related super challeging but i really like the fact that intead of just saying "push through it!" Adriene says "take breaks if you need" even tho i didn't do the full length of the poses i still engaged my core and didn't exhaust myself. she's the best.
I'm a disabled vet, and I just want to say thank you for the content you put out. My wife turned me onto your videos some months ago, and for at least the last two, you have been one of the core pillars of my daily routine. With the help of you, Wim Hof, Sadhguru, and Alan Watts, my body and mind are healing in ways I'd once thought impossible. So thank you. And to those that are struggling, trust the process and keep at it. Don't worry about results, just be honest and kind to yourself, and put in what work you can. A path is built by laying one stone at a time.
oh wow this one TRIED me. I have a soft, squishy belly and no existing ab muscles. So this was TOUGH. My core is on fire, but in a good way. Thanks, Adriene!
this is amazing!!!! throughout my time as a teenage girl i’ve done COUNTLESS “30 day abs workouts” filled with endless crunches and not much else and i was always left feeling demotivated stiff and having not felt a single twinge in the abs. after doing this workout as part of the 30 days of yoga i can say that at times i could FEEL my actual ab muscles working and stretching (which is rare for me for targeted activities) while at the same time .. not even caring. after years of disordered eating ive finally found running as a means of training for strength and the pride i feel when i’ve run a new pr, not for skinniness, and i’m so grateful you’ve given me another means to stretch and work my body not to have a “flat stomach” but to be peaceful and mindful and a better and better yoga practitioner every day (:
+Deez Nootz Thanks for this suggestion. Even if just the music played, one would not disrupt savasana by having to get up and stop the machine. I don't want to sound ungrateful, though. I REALLY like Adriene's videos.
Day 6! Tough night for me. I went through my practice feeling angry for personal reasons. If you are reading this, I wish you the best and send you lots of love.
I cannot count the number of times I started 30 days of yoga and the number of times I so quickly quit. This is the actual first time I even reached day 6! I will come back to this comment when I finally finish for the first time. I can do this! Only 24 more days! *** I DID IT, friends!! :) It took me 47 days, still proud of myself though.
@The Great Pumpkin Thank you! I learned to be kinder to myself and cut myself some slack. Before, if I missed a day or two, I easily quit because I want everything to be perfect. Now I learned that 'Done is better than perfect".
I did say it once already. Adriene she's so authentic. She's smiling she laughing she's joking, she's weeping, she's screaming if she need that. I love it that she never hides her emotions.
This was so difficult for me that I actually started crying at the end but it felt like I was shedding all the stress and negative energies through my tears so thank you so much for that! It really helped. So excited to start Day 7 tomorrow!
Hi, Adriene. I just want to thank you. I've been doing your 30 day Challenge, and it's exactly what I need to reengage with my body after a back injury two years ago. This series is what makes a place like UA-cam really special. You are helping so many people. Thank you. I hope incredible things come to you.
I woke up with the worst period cramps and thought I'd leave this today but my mat was already out so I though I might try it. Somehow this relieved my cramps and made my body much more relaxed. (Either that or my core is so on fire I can't notice my cramps anymore! hehe)
it is so hard to find a fitness/yoga mogul who doesn't riddle their videos with misogynistic comments and ideals, even subconsciously or unwittingly. adriene is absolutely the exception. just that little intro where she says she doesn't subscribe to those ideals but would still love to feel the burn... i don't know, it was refreshing, inspiring, and a great reminder of why i'm doing this in the first place. adriene not only teaches me yoga but self love in a way that feels REAL.
I had really rough day today and I wanted to crawl into bed and cry the rest of the day, but I quickly reached for this video and I feel a lot better now! Thank you (:
@Adriene thank you for these. My wife and I are working towards a shape that's less round and your programs are just challenging enough. Thank you. You're making it easier to keep going.
I just want to tell you a story: every Sunday, I go to zumba in the morning. for the past month or so, the arches of my feet have been killing me in class. however, after doing the challenge for 5 days, I felt a huge improvement in my feet this morning!! no ouchies and I could keep on dancing. thank you so much!!
Day 6: Yoga with Adriene - SIX PACK ABS. This session is that session. This is the one that makes you seriously question why you're doing this. This is the session that has you asking yourself pose after pose, movement after movement, just why you're still following along. But hang on to those questions and reflect on them after the session, because you will certainly get through this one. This is a difficult session. Slow burn of the abdominal and groin muscles. Lots of time spent engaging the core and moving slowly through different poses and motions. People don't often realize that slow movement through poses where muscle groups are engaged can build strength as effectively, if not more, than lifting weights or other intensive training routines. This session, targeting the core, will benefit your yoga and body because the strength of the body is the strength of your heart and the strength of your core. Thanks for another fantastic session Adriene! Namaste.
I cannot believe how focused and relaxed I felt for the rest of the day after I did this sequence in the morning (i also always start off with sun salutations now)! As someone who constantly has a high rate of anxiety and stress, it's like I can really breathe again and relax with the movement of my body. Thanks so much Adriene, I can't wait to continue on this journey
I did the Move challenge this year and thought why not start from the beginning and do the previous 30 day challenges in order. Todays session lived up to its name, it was C H A L L E N G I N G. Hah, but big ups to you Adriene, your calm and encouraging demeanour is such a steadfast blessing, can't wait for the next 24 days of this challenge and then the next one after that. And always remember team, breathe lots of love in, and lots of love out!
I’m upset I saw your message before I watched the video 😂 now I’m scared 😅 Edit I just finished and it’s wasn’t too bad lol I think she keeps it just as intense day by day
She cracks me up!!! Every video she has me smiling, which is so wonderful to have ! In all seriousness though she is my favorite yoga teacher on UA-cam!
I have been doing just this day 6 yoga practice a couple of weeks before i have an event i wanna have a banging body for - for years now!! Thanks so much adrianne! This really does tighten my abs within a week of doing it every day hehe (and i usually have a belly haha) the gift that keeps on giving hehe
5 days under my belt and it's already been more effective helping my back issue which causes a hip issue which causes a balance issue which causes ankle issues :D Doesn't help that I work in construction. I really hurt my back last monday. So when I came home from work I fired up Day One and I felt instantly better and every day better still. I love it. The only time I swear during it is when I hear those three dreaded words... Downward Facing Dog. From a 34 year old grumpy (less and less every day) Scotsman in Sweden... THANK YOU!!!!!
Hi Adriene. I’m a 69 year old, former Zumba instructor. Never had the patience for yoga, although I did incorporate a few cool down yoga stretches at the end of our hour dance class. This virus has changed everything and at my age I need to incorporate more stretching. Your classes are a WONDERFUL discovery and I want you to know how much I appreciate that they are free. I watch with an iPad which I need to frequently move so I can see what you’re doing. It’s awkward but I’m confident, with time, I’ll get more familiar with the pose names (and hopefully get through more of these ab moves!) Sending you much gratitude from Port Townsend, WA.
I was really unable to do most of this. My core muscles aren't great, but the real problem is my inability to stretch my legs out straight overhead while lying on my back. I had to do everything with bent knees and as a result don't think I got the most out of this video compared to the first 5.
I was looking through the comments to see if anybody else had this problem. My knees kept popping during the leg movements and I had trouble engaging my abs and instead was engaging my lower back most of the time. I ended up doing a lot of adjusting/easier variations and I felt like I did it wrong 😞
I absolutely love your videos! I am on day 6 now and I haven't felt this good in a long time! Who knew doing short bursts of yoga could make such an impact on how you feel! The more I do the stronger I feel! Thank you!
Day 6: Today was a big challenge for me. I have identified that this is definitely my weak point. Learning more about my body.. & optimistic to growing in the yoga practice. Thanks Adrienne!
I'm starting with these old videos but I wanted to express how much I appreciate that you started these 5 years ago. They are still helping people. Namaste
Adrienne, I am a very active 66 year old with all sorts of aches and pains which frustrate the hell out of me. After the first six days of following your nurturing and beautiful direction I feel somewhat better, and am now fully committed to making this a new way of life. I feel this may be the only thing that can save an old achy body like mine. Thank you so much from your newest subscriber.
Usually, it's hard for me to connect to my abdominal muscles... But this workout made me feel my abdominal muscels working HARD! What a difference it makes to actually listen to your body and taking the time to connect to your muscles. Thank you, Adriene! :-)
I’ve been doing this 30 day challenge. I’ve never done yoga before. I’m 44, a veteran, a nurse, and collage student again. My poor older back really hurts. I’ve been doing each day , 3 days in a row to get the hang of the verbiage and test my strength. I’m on day 12 (so really day 36 for me). I come back and do this day 6 here and there to keep my core stronger. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my endurance and lessening back pain. So thankful to have found these videos!
I am in self isolation like most of the world and started your 30 day challenge. I am 59 and a bit stiff but love your classes. Today’s abs was very hard but I am determine to carry on. Thank you for sharing your classes and helping so many people. ❤️
Great Ab workout. I have been working out one way or another for the past 30 years and I have to say yoga has done more for my body than any other form of workout I have done. At 50 I decided to do P 90X and it was good but it did not feed my mind and also it was so extreme. I have been practicing yoga for the past 3 years, I am almost 64 and my chronic back pain is gone. It is amazing. I try not to push yoga on people when I hear them complaining, as I use to do. but it is such a wonderful life changing practice. When people tell me they don't have the time, I tell them I only do 20 to 35 minutes a day and it has totally changed my life and my body. Thank you so much Adriene for your relaxed teaching methods and your down to earth humor. Namaste!
I've tried doing this same thing with other people, other videos, and other challenges, but yours are by far my favourite because they're so easy to follow, easy going, and funny.
what a great way to start off 2019-by finding your youtube channel!!! just finished day 6 and I am feeling super good and motivated! I thought I was wayyy out of shape, but I have been able to keep up so far!
New to yoga and decided to start here with this 30 day challenge. Currently getting active and moving again after an injury and I feel awesome, this is perfect to ease back in but still very challenging. I feel a difference already, moving with the flow, waking up positive and my posture is getting better too! Done with Day 6, it was a tough one, but it is amazing thank you! I’m looking forward for tomorrow!
I’ve done the 30 days challenge several times and day 6 is always the hardest. But I know that and I know I’ll get through it. Today I approached it with no dread and I only paused once while we were scissoring our legs and I’m not beating myself up- in fact, I feel like a champ💗. It’s nice to know it gets better.
Return to Yoga, after a much too long break & hip replacement. If You could only see my beaming (71 yo) face, as I, once again, begin my practice & refind/refeel my connection to the Joys Yoga gifts me. Namaste
Wow! If I didn't know where my core muscles were before, I sure do now. When you said "Abs" you must have heard my panic but I was soothed by your words and surprised myself. Thank you. Fyi - DVD boxsets make good block substitutes. If that helps anyone.
Yes I love Adriene, her Yoga instructions are the best and I enjoy doing Yoga with her. This is the second time I have followed the 30 days of Yoga. Sometimes find it hard to get on the mat with other things in life getting in the way but feel so much better when I do.
I just got done with today's practice and decided to look through the comments to see if everyone felt it as much as I did. Glad to see I'm not alone but also I love how encouraging and positive everyone is towards each other! 🙏💛
Knowing I have this class to do every day helps to ground me. There is a great deal of stress in the world right now as we all try to keep everyone safe from Covid 19. Thank you!
Hi Adriene, I love all your yoga videos and i have been doing 30 day Yoga with you. I find myself very active energetic and positive. I am grateful for your videos. Thanks a lot and much appreciated for your instructional nice videos.
Maaaaan, that was tough but I just about managed to stick with it! I'm definitely noticing changes on my body as the days go on. Thank you Adriene for another wonderful practise x
Loved this 16 minute sequence. After doing MOVE for 30 days in January 2022 for the very first time, I don't want to give up YOGA now that I have started, as it is a part of my everyday routine before heading out the door and also a few nights before going to bed. I have been exploring the so many YOGA with Adriene practices, and I discovered this one today. Loved working the core. Core work is essential has helped with my lower back and posture and I am getting stronger everyday. I have so much to learn when it comes to YOGA. Thank you Adriene from Australia. xx
day 6 completed! relaxing with green tea and looking forward to day 7 tomorrow.. this is keeping me positive during Coronavirus lockdown in Ireland, keep safe everyone X
I've started this yoga journey with Adriene, with the "Home" serie. It amazes me to see how much Adriene had grown and how much she have changed throught the year. I noticed how the forniture changed as well. I feel just deeply connected with her, like if I get to know her since way long time ago.
This is a deceptively simple but really effective core work-out......at least for a beginner. I'm keeping this on my playlist for repeats. Thanks Adrienne!
It's so incredible to see all the positivity you've given and brought to one place. I may be a couple years late to this challenge, but I'm so thankful I found it. The challenge you made this year will be next. Slowly working on taking care of body and treating it the way it should be treated. Thankful that I found yoga & your videos to help with that. Bless your positivity and strong heart.
I love what you said at the beginning about not buying into this whole vanity obsession, and whilst you are obviously a beautiful woman, I love that these workouts aren't just image obsessed, (although yes, that can be a benefit from these). Seriously when I see other workout video's profile pics of some overly sexualised girl with breast implants or sticking her arse out, wearing hardly anything; that sh** just isn't motivating! And more than that I can't really take it seriously. And I always feel so good about myself after finishing one your workouts, which really can't be said for other channels and instructors. Awesome workout :)
Adrienne's body is one that is _healthily_ attainable, you know? Oversexualized bodies that aren't attainable and make practice about _feel bad about yourself because you don't look like me_ aren't yogis ("yogis") I want to subscribe to.
I see your point and I share it, but putting another woman down to praise Adrienne is just not fair. The "overly sexualized" girl is just another woman excersizing her freedom to be who she wants to be and she deserves respect, as much as the people that enjoy her content and get inspired by who she is. Every one deserves respect for who they are and what they love, specially in a world that is so determined to put women down for anything we do and pit us against each other, either being too sexual or not enough.
Oh boy today felt great! I gained back all that motivation I lost yesterday and I was so excited to get started. It was a challenge and I had to take a couple breaks especially during the scissoring but I powered through. It was awesome to feel strong and powerful yet relaxed and at peace at the same time. I can't wait to come back tomorrow!!
I did this first thing in the morning today (a first for me, since I normally have the time in late afternoon), had breakfast and went back to bed and had such a good sleep. I love how Adriene encourages us to listen to ourselves, to take breaks if necessary. I really feel like as long as I stay focused, I can do no wrong here.
Day 6 - When we did the coffee grinder move - I could hear the gas in my stomach area moving about - it was hilarious! Yoga and Humour - what a lovely way to start my day! I am so happy to share a moment of my day with you and the Yoga w/ Adriene viewers. We are one nation, bringing the Mind, Body and Soul into alignment! Namaste!
Peak coronavirus era: I was passing a bottle of handwash around my legs lol. Honestly this made my lower back hurt more than my core, so I must be doing something wrong :( Will keep going and hope for different moves tomorrow! :)
So true! Years from now we will remember these days as the hand sanitizer/toilet paper era! If you're watching this during covid-19, let's have a big WHOO HOO!!
@@valerialopezzetino7207 Shaking legs means they're working hard. As you gain strength the shaking will decrease. I had the exact same thing happen to me, and the shaking did decrease.
You are the first yoga instructor that I like very much! With your humor, you are motivating me more than the most instructors I saw. You are not pushing us to anything :)
Wow, that was surprisingly brutal. The "Yoga Bicycle" instantly turned my lower abs to lava and I just exclaimed "wow!" as I was doing it because I didn't expect such a simple move to be such a brutal workout! I did about 6 of your videos before starting this and I can definitely feel my muscles getting stronger!
First time doing this video after doing Yoga with Adrienne for the past few months, and it's AMAZING! I try to do at least a couple of these videos each day and always feel so much better for it. After this video I achieved a crow pose for the first time ever! Thank you Adrienne for all you do! You're awesome!
Having a lot of fun revisiting from the start after Home. It's a great way to continue after such a lovely start to the year. Have a beautiful day 😊 💕💓💕
Day 6 2020 I’ve lost my abs but today they yelled at me, off and on. My black lab mix walked in between my legs for the last scissor kicks a few times. Casually walking through the “obstacle course “, turning, doing the other side. Laughing while doing these increases the intensity. Have an Awesome day A. Thanks again and lots of love from Nova Scotia, Canada.
SO grateful to have found this. I've never stuck to something like this, and at first it was hard to actually make myself do it each day, but I find myself looking forward to it now. I already feel changes and improvements in multiple ways. I also just really love the humility she has and the low pressure, meet you where you're at type of atmosphere. Thank you Adriene!
I incorporate this one into my three weekly heavy workout days - Abs, Aerobics, and Weights. This ties the upper body together with the lower, and makes me feel like a superhero. Thanks, Adriene!!
My abs aren't dying like i thought they would be but i felt it woooo.I was shaky a bit moving the legs bc they are heavy ah. Another great day of yoga. Thanks Adriene
Seeing how the number of views keeps dropping as the days go on is just fueling my fire! I will hit day 30!
Phil Campeau Well 2.9 Million is still very high
Did you finish it 😊
no u didnt
Back again for day 6. Today was really hard but I got through it. Anyone else trying the 30 day challenge right now?
Corona got me doing the yoga 🧘🏼♀️
Yes,I trying. In sequence, but not every day😁.
Same ha ha
Yes. For sure.
I am and I am loving it 💕

Yep, Hated this one so much, pretty much total fail
I started at 51yrs and I feel good your not alone
According to my husband I completed my yoga practice, laid down in shavasana, took one big deep breath in and out, then instantly fell asleep snoring and all 😂😂 💤 I woke up again on my yoga mat 3 hours later...
Rachael Evans 😂😂😂😂😂 I’m about to start! Hope it doesn’t happen the same to me!
Let me guess " then everyone clapped"
That sounds like you have already been paid back in full! These have been a good mental and physical reawakening for me, but also a good relaxing guide to sleeping better - though, not that immediate for me yet..
Omg this is hilarious 😂😆😆
I do that almost every other video I do with Adriene. I am just worn out and relaxed by the end! 😂

Same here! Shows how much we need this, right? I'm not crying or anything ;-)
Eleni Gast same this was so hard
Yess I flinched when I only saw the title because my abs are basically non-existing
Feeling that Prana. :D

Am I the only person that wishes the closing of the videos was like 3-5 more minutes of just laying there with Adrienne talking?
that would be amazing
I was thinking the exact same thaang!!!
+Deez Nootz Thanks for this suggestion. Even if just the music played, one would not disrupt savasana by having to get up and stop the machine. I don't want to sound ungrateful, though. I REALLY like Adriene's videos.
+Michelle S that´s a great idea 🤗🤗🤗 thanks.
i agree , that would be cool. i keep my tv remote next to me so i can pause it because it automatically goes to the next video lol
Day 6! Tough night for me. I went through my practice feeling angry for personal reasons. If you are reading this, I wish you the best and send you lots of love.
having so much fun with you! my wife and I do it together and laugh and enjoy each others company. thanx for that!
Brent Owens that’s so adorable 💜
Brent Owens awh
I cannot count the number of times I started 30 days of yoga and the number of times I so quickly quit. This is the actual first time I even reached day 6!
I will come back to this comment when I finally finish for the first time. I can do this! Only 24 more days!
*** I DID IT, friends!! :) It took me 47 days, still proud of myself though.
Way to go!
You still did it! Good on ya!
So impressed! So good!!!

Awesome👏🏾👏🏾
You are so goofy and wonderful to listen to! I can't believe the 20 minutes is up when I'm done!
I did say it once already. Adriene she's so authentic. She's smiling she laughing she's joking, she's weeping, she's screaming if she need that. I love it that she never hides her emotions.
Doing this challenge under your guidance has been much more effective than the antidepressants I've been prescribed. Thank you!
IMO the best part of working out is the mood lift I get from it, so rewarding! Happy you're doing well.
This was so difficult for me that I actually started crying at the end but it felt like I was shedding all the stress and negative energies through my tears so thank you so much for that! It really helped. So excited to start Day 7 tomorrow!
I'm so grateful for these 30 days of yoga. I always feel so refreshed afterwards
yes, #GRATEFUL
8:45 "no clenching of the eyebrows or the jaw"
me: looks genuinely constipated
Same I felt so seen hahaha

That moment whenI was laying on my back and I see a spider dangling towards my face really engaged my core.
LOL...This comment made my day
I was laying on my back head tilted to the side and i saw a mosquito. No namaste no nothing went through my head when i wacked this guy with a towel.
😂 I would scream
Happened to me on day 5, was dangling from the ceiling.
I woke up with the worst period cramps and thought I'd leave this today but my mat was already out so I though I might try it. Somehow this relieved my cramps and made my body much more relaxed. (Either that or my core is so on fire I can't notice my cramps anymore! hehe)

i used a cellphone box LOL
I used paper towel :D
i literally used my phone im which i was watching this
I never thought I'd enjoy yoga or ab workouts until I found you. You're awesome! Thank you for showing me how important and powerful breathing can be.

Thank you for the yoga guidance, Adriene. Lovely session today!
Today's intention: to love myself and to get on the mat
Beautiful.
Halleloo! We’ve been blessed with Adrienne for 8 years!
Same here! :D
Tom K samee
also same
I was looking through the comments to see if anybody else had this problem. My knees kept popping during the leg movements and I had trouble engaging my abs and instead was engaging my lower back most of the time. I ended up doing a lot of adjusting/easier variations and I felt like I did it wrong 😞
Dude ...I never felt so humiliated
Out of any series I've ever done of yours for 30 days I find your realness and adorability the most sacred in this series
One of my favourite ab "workout" videos ever, I love the cues for the breath, that was fantastic
Watching you from Morocco. I feel very grateful because I found your videos. What a beautiful soul you are. Thank you very very much .
I’m glad she said take a break when you need one. 😫 But it was good.
Tomorrow’s full body. Yes!!
I'm starting with these old videos but I wanted to express how much I appreciate that you started these 5 years ago. They are still helping people. Namaste
Day 6 and I'm starting to notice a positive impact of these vids on my life, and I look forward to them, never thought that would happen for me!
Thank you so much from your newest subscriber.
she is getting more weird every episode and i love it :D
Yes! The cartoon goofiness is ramping up. What's there not to like about it?
Usually, it's hard for me to connect to my abdominal muscles... But this workout made me feel my abdominal muscels working HARD! What a difference it makes to actually listen to your body and taking the time to connect to your muscles. Thank you, Adriene! :-)
The block I used today was a hardback copy of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix lol! :)
I used the Half Blood Prince 😁
+KoolKaur pfffffffffffffft websters dictionary ftw
lol, I'm using Prisoner of Azkaban!! 😂
+KoolKaur MIne is Half Blood Prince!
+KoolKaur At first I used The Works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle then I used my sneaker.
Completed day 6! My abs feel so good! Excited to continue the 30 day journey!
I am in self isolation like most of the world and started your 30 day challenge. I am 59 and a bit stiff but love your classes. Today’s abs was very hard but I am determine to carry on. Thank you for sharing your classes and helping so many people. ❤️
Damn you almost kill me with this one. But I'm not losing my six day streak, going strong for the 30 days, thanks for the journey Adriene!
Namaste!
*Me at start of video:* Oh, this one is only 17 minutes. It will be a nice easy one.
*Me at 5 minutes in:* I was wrong!
Really enjoyed this one.
Ha ha same!
I'm so glad I didn't quit this challenge and I won't!! This has been my favorite time in the morning. Thank you Adriene!
Anyone in 2024? This was amazing! Also how are you so hilarious Adrian! I wish I was friends with you ❤ love from India
Me!!! I am on day 6 and see my strength with 6 days improving. I enjoy her practices. Hope you are doing well and enjoying!
It’s so amazing how after all these years she’s still her same goofy self >.< I hope she never loses touch with her sparkle!!
Knowing I have this class to do every day helps to ground me. There is a great deal of stress in the world right now as we all try to keep everyone safe from Covid 19. Thank you!
I've done this so many times and never tire of the introduction.
Thank you Adriene from Australia. xx
This was the toughest day so far. My loooooord! I have a feeling I'm gonna suffer from this tomorrow.
day 6 completed! relaxing with green tea and looking forward to day 7 tomorrow.. this is keeping me positive during Coronavirus lockdown in Ireland, keep safe everyone X
Day 6 ✔
Thank you Adriene 🤍🙏
I've started this yoga journey with Adriene, with the "Home" serie. It amazes me to see how much Adriene had grown and how much she have changed throught the year. I noticed how the forniture changed as well. I feel just deeply connected with her, like if I get to know her since way long time ago.
AAAAAAH. this was super hard. Took a bunch of breaks during this. But finally punched through it.
Glad to have done this.
This is a deceptively simple but really effective core work-out......at least for a beginner. I'm keeping this on my playlist for repeats. Thanks Adrienne!
i feel amazing every time the video ends Im genuinely happy after the session
Agree 💯💯💯 well said
Adrienne's body is one that is _healthily_ attainable, you know?
@@kapi253 sorry I was quite a bit younger when I said this, thank you for correcting me :) have a great day and well done, you did the right thing 💖❤️
@@Silvercentipede I didn't realize the comment was 2 years old haha don't worry about it
Oh boy today felt great!
This was a tough one, but I mostly got through it. I took short rests when I needed them and I didn’t give up, so I’m happy with that.
Day 6 here we go! I’m a singer and can honestly feel my lungs expanding! Thank you for this
Day 6 - When we did the coffee grinder move - I could hear the gas in my stomach area moving about - it was hilarious!
My legs were SHAKING ☠️ hope you’re staying safe, let’s keep with this challenge 🙌🏻
@@valerialopezzetino7207 Shaking legs means they're working hard. As you gain strength the shaking will decrease. I had the exact same thing happen to me, and the shaking did decrease.
omg i started doing this 30 day yoga with adriena these days too in corona qaurantine !
These things make my lower back hurt too! I don't know if it's because I haven't built enough muscle yet ir because I'm doing something wrong!
Have a beautiful day 😊 💕💓💕
Day 6 2020
I’ve lost my abs but today they yelled at me, off and on.
This was just the right amount of challenge. I used a stuffed animal shaped like a wombat for my prop in the final pose. Namaste!
+teecomb YESSSS! Hahaha
+teecomb Aloha! Haha I used my calculator.
+teecomb I used my sneaker... lol
+teecomb ... folded-up Indianapolis Colts blanket. :-D I love this community of yoga people!
empty tin of tubular cookies and cream wafers. Using junk food to be healthy!
Today was so much fun! Definetly one of my favorites!!!❤
Wow! Fire in my belly. Really loved it, the greatest challenge so far. Feeling much better thanks to Adriene
I enjoyed this 😄 I want to do more abdominal exercises so I think I'll repeat this s few times during the month along with the other practices! Xxx
I love your videos! I watch you all the time
Once a week...every Wednesday!
I always feel so good after finishing a day!Thank you adrienne for being one of my highlights in the times of covid19 quarantine!!Namaste!
