Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon is one of my favorite ways to eat salmon. This recipe infuses some wonderful Asian flavors with its soy, ginger, sesame oil glaze.
Smoked Salmon
Salmon filet
1 medium shallot chopped
¼ cup chopped ginger
5 garlic cloves chopped
1 Tbsp creole seasoning
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup sake
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce

Salmon is one of the healthist food a person can eat. Soy and ginger are great for health and taste. Your glaz may be good on pork ribs or ham.
