- Smoked Salmon is one of my favorite ways to eat salmon. This recipe infuses some wonderful Asian flavors with its soy, ginger, sesame oil glaze.
Smoked Salmon
Salmon filet
1 medium shallot chopped
¼ cup chopped ginger
5 garlic cloves chopped
1 Tbsp creole seasoning
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup sake
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce

Salmon is one of the healthist food a person can eat. Soy and ginger are great for health and taste. Your glaz may be good on pork ribs or ham.
This glaze is good on ribs. I have yet to try it on ham though but imagine it would be excellent. Thanks for stopping by.
