So far I have been impressed with your tast and cooking style.
Thank you! I really do appreciate that.
I live in Southeast Texas where cajun, meets texmex , sicilian, and southern comfort food . Down side if you want great food you got to cook it yourself. The old good cooks and restaurants are gone. Mostly restaurant chains and young folks that do not cook very well.
@@44240xtp I feel you on that one. I'm currently in California but I'm moving to Alabama in June. It's going to be nice to get back to the south and closer to Louisiana again.
Really awesome looking ribs. Cheers! 👍👍✌️
Thank you sir! They were delicious!
Have ever just put straight crab boil on them?
No because I think straight crab boil would be too overpowering. Crab boil has lots of salt. You have to be very careful on how much you use. When you use it in a boil it gets diluted.
@@WestCoastCajunCuisine I have some Tony's creole, some crab boil, cajun blast seasoned rub thinking of trying one of these but don't want to over power it with salt
@@john_rocks_jax just think of each of those as a salt replacement and you should be fine.
