Jesus, Pete can just whip out something from nowhere that sounds like a song already. So melodic. You can hear how much time he's spent playing with bands. So good.

Pete Thorn was ,among other things, the late great Chris Cornell's touring and studio guitarist, a few days after Chris passed in May Pete posted on UA-cam one of the most heartfelt tributes to that man , it broke my damn heart , anyway , Pete cemented a place in my heart that day as a true artist and gentlemen, good video guy's, thanks

Yes I also think he is Canadian. From Alberta maybe? He does kind of have that "Canada nice" vibe. Of course he lives in my neck of the woods in California.

One of the best videos I've seen anywhere. It's great to see three talented guys who can leave their egos behind and share so much knowledge. I love TPS and Pete Thorn is such an inspirational, humble guy... and his signature Suhr guitar has a sight and sound to behold. Brilliant, thanks guys.

So glad you had Peter on as he's a special talent. Loved Pete's discussion of using the iPhone and templates and instruments in Logic as a creative tool or aid. The concept of not "premixing" your sound is key to how you explore, find new sounds and ideas.

This is why I'm such a Pete Thorn fan, just a great creator and his tone always spot on. I will own that guitar one day. Know your gear is huge for me. I've watched UA-cam creators just get caught up in gear, not knowing how to use it or just focusing on gear where their guitar playing suffers.

Pete really has exceptional musical/gear taste. When he says something is good, or takes the time to walkthrough a piece of gear/endorse it, I know I can trust it to do what it needs to do. Thanks guys for making this happen!

The great thing about UA-cam is that while you guys are somewhat in competition you also complementary. I don't have to choose which channel to watch, I just choose which order to watch them, and both TPS and Pete Thorn are at the top of my playlist

+Phillip Lindholm We’re not in competition at all. That’s the beauty of free shit on the web. Thanks for watching!

Dan. You asked the question I've always wondered about. Because you are right, Pete always plays something that shows the pedal off in different ways that fits the sound of that pedal. But he does it over and over sometimes 2-3 times a week. That's what I love about him. Thanks so much Dan and Mick.
