You do a pretty good job at not having the rice stick to your hands. If you want a speedy way to wet your hands optimally and even with a sense of showmanship simply dip your four fingers excluding your thumb, quickly take out rub your hands and clap once. Everyones skin is different and all rice is made differently but for me that trick works

Looks good bro! A friendly tip would be to cut your Nori sheet in half and roll with that. A full sheet will have excess rice/seaweed.

Wet your hands and shake off excess water, and it shouldn’t stick as long as your hands are slightly damp
