Reminds me of the time cillian Murphy done a screentest of the role of bruce Wayne/Batman in batman begins but the lost the role to Christian bale however Christopher Nolan like his performance so much that he got the role of Dr crane/the scarecrow
....IF they end up using the Joker anymore past what we've already seen. He had a great cameo but I'd honestly be surprised if they once again went with Joker as one of the main villains in this reboot. Then again, most people didn't think Christopher Nolan would use Catwoman in _his_ films either....

I say this as someone who does not know Batman well: the riddler tends to bring to mind a goofy, second class villian. This clip helps me understand what the character could be. Please make this movie. Clockwork orange meets Batman.

Clockwork orange is good inspiration for a batman villain. But the character in that movie is more in line with joker. The anarchy and indiscriminate violence.. Maybe that’s why the director cast him as joker instead? Who knows

Yes, he’s got a style to his movement (good for modelling, tells you nothing about his acting ability), but you hardly see his face, much of the time it’s about a corridor not a person and without context and professional cache, most casting directors would disregard this tape immediately.
