RIck, the problem isn't the phone. Modern phones are capable of incredibly high resolution photos. The problem is people do not know how to take good pictures. They just don't have that 'eye' for taking good photos, they don't hold the camera/phone perfectly still. Most people don't even understand the difference between vertical mode vs horizontal mode. Almost every picture should be taken in horizontal mode. It is extremely rare that a photo can be justified to be shot in vertical mode.
    Thanks for the great videos.

@Rick. This is your best video yet. To the point on what not to do. We fall into the lazy category in home preparation. And will need to do Better!

It's not the phone, it's the photographer. Newer phones have wide angle, too

I have not seen a phone that can perform better than a full frame mirroless camera and flash.

When I sold my condo in So Cal 4 years ago, the professional pictures made my condo look better than it actually was! They staged it too, even though I thought my existing furniture looked great already. I had several offers & it was during the beginning months of Covid.

REALTOR #1 (19 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS) THE 1ST FOTO WAS MY LIVING ROOM FEATURE WALL. WHY? REALTOR #2 FIXED IT.

This reminds me of a dating coach on You Tube, complaining about online dating photos! He has lots of good photo advice & shows bad examples from people's profiles.

That first example was particularly bad. I hope that was not a typical example.
