You said what I needed to hear, I was on the fence debating a second x100 or getting a g200. Specifically when I realized I never use the x100 at more than 30% I can do with out the g200.
Sounds like we’re in the same boat, does depend on the modifier aswell. Currently using my COLBOR CL60R (80W) with a small lantern to light my room (clean ambient light) for top down shots and wish that had more power. If they release a G200 that bi-color RGB capable I might bite.
As a documentary shooter and anti vlogger, 300 watts is less when you want to balance outside window and to have a battery for 300 watts is impossible with today's tech.
please look at us instead of your monitor!🖤

Thank you, was searching for ever to find this info. Why make a tiny light that has to be plugged in? Just bizarre!
Yea, a missed opportunity

I agree with you on that one
I have a battery that can easily provide 300W.
you're gonna have to share with the class@@DandoPorsaco-ho1zs
@@DandoPorsaco-ho1zs share it's name and size
Just buy a battery pack
Heard multiple reports of people frying their lights with alt battery packs, not worth the risk.
You can use a power station to power the G200 externally
