on the fence about being a Steiner fan watch him and his brothers old Japan tag matches. Best work of his career. Love steiners. /watch?v=zH3zZGpsFNc /watch?v=Ovvsp98fleI
Scott Steiner vs The Rock would've been great for the promos alone. if wwe really wanted to make money first they should've called up the lawyer and told him get ready we might be in court soon no wondering what might be said but let Scott Steiner and The Rock do a shoot promo on each other for 5-10 minutes and end up with a pull apart brawl 1,000,000 buys right there.
The Rock actually IS the best ever. Not just because of the transition, but because he was tops on the stick (you're counterarguments will fail) AND a great worker (again, your counterarguments will fail). Was he Bret Hart? No. But he was was damn close. And he could talk and DRAW. Bottom line. The only person who has a legitimate claim challenge is Stone Cold. Period.
jason666king I love The Rock, he was one of the best players from 2000 and on. But the Big Poppa has buid a solid wrestling credibility since early 90s. He stood up in front of wrestling when wrestling was on top, he helped to build this industry. While The Rock, Stone Cold, Jericho and others were there to mantain it. And that make the Big Poppa one of the greatest wrestlers in the industry. And yes, a feud between them would be HEAVEN. I mean, I can´t imagine a promo with those guys without LMFAO.
jason666king Craziest part is yeah he debuted in '96 but he was done and retired at 30. He did everything. He fought against the biggest stars of the business. He doesn't owe the fans anything anymore -- it's a simple act of charity and love for him to return when he does. It's crazy think he was done when he was just 30.
CometVS Uh... I agree but let's be serious here. Acts of charity cannot be mentionned when craploads of money are involved. Yes. He is obviously a businessman who's actually out for himself and I'm okay with that. But those sporadic appearances in WWE most be costly. I doubt he is doing any charity.
God I'd have loved a Rock vs Steiner feud. 2 intense and hilarious personalities butting heads is what pro wrestling is all about, and who has a crazier personality than the big booty daddy? Huge missed opportunity.
Great interview i think with mutual respect. Scotty seemed to like you, being really calm and chuckling here and there. Well done. Greetings from germany.
+stndrds79 Not necessarily. They are known as filler words or filler phrases and they are commonly used by people who need a second to think or clearly articulate what they're saying. They could be incredibly literate but may be poor speakers due to their excessive use of fillers.
Here's what I took away from this: Steiner is unaware that his best work was in a PG environment, which WCW was, and it was how he 'stood out' when he started copying everything Superstar Graham did.
Okay you're a Scott Steiner fan, wonderful, doesn't change my opinion that he's a clone of Superstar Graham or that his best work was in a PG environment. It's a shame he left money on the table by refusing to become the NWA Champion back in think it was 91 or 92, no telling just how huge he really would've become

What he said about the PG thing is spot on. It has me to a point I forgot Raw came on last night. I looked at my phone and was like oh crap last night was Monday. PG needs to die
I cant think of any wrestler who is more worthy of a 3 disc wwe feature than Scott Steiner that has not been done yet. His early career matches and end of career promos would be so gold.
umm dumass!! Mexican women like all kinds you ignorant fool. that's the problem with you ignorant f**** you guys are so narrow-minded and don't know what the hell you're talking about
Wwe did destroy the wcw wrestlers. They didnt even try to make them look good. It just shows how dumb and how big vince ego is. Yea I bought their company now im going to show how dominant my wrestlers are! Yeaaaaa! If they were smart they could have created bigger business by making wcw and ecw look good and pose a threat. It shows how dumb vince is and how he got by on luck over the years. Now times have changed. There is no stone colds or rocks to save his company....
***** The Booker T thing was the worst I loved Stone Cold but having Booker run from him through that super market Rock asking who he was ... burying at its worst
+Chris Williams WWE dropped the ball full stop, if i had bought out wcw and ecw in vinces positon I would of marketed it a lot better i would of made sure that 1st of all the storyline angles would of made the big stars not even wanna sit at home for one and 2ndly I would of re-packaged the WCW brand to get the tv air time back and for my 3rd trick I would of gave other wrestlers from ECW/WCW like RVD, Tazz, Billy Kidman, etc.. a better push and promoted the dream matches that should of happened instead of having them fully buried like vince did, I see in your other comment you mention Goldberg and Booker T lol the rock may have put Goldberg over but thats because he already made it clear he's not the type to job in most of his career, booker T his title reign was a mockery compared to what he deserved plus lets not even mention the bullshit gimmicks they gave him, speaking of gimmicks they burried DDP so deep he could of told you what the earths core looked like, lets be real if the writing for the buy out scenario was better the talent from WCW would of been incorperated better, expansion would of come earlier and vince probably wouldnt be trying to spoon feed us to buy the wwe network for $9.99 or in my case £9.99 plus he wouldnt have the crowd and viewers at home getting so bored/unsatisfied with the predictable programming right now, I'm not saying WCW didnt bury wrestlers or make thier situation worse with Hulk Hogans ego and Vince Russo's shit writing but WWE put the nails in the coffin then set it on fire. I grew up in the attitude era and used to watch both WWF/WWE and WCW and i've done the research.
+Chris Williams RVD vs Stone Cold in a no DQ match could have worked especially with an Austin heel turn and a VanDammintor as part of the finish plus even though I love Stone Cold Steve Austin he aint really got that many move in his arsenal so they could of wrote that in as the advantage that favours RVD, as for Sting well I dont blame him look how they treated the Ultimate Warrior (until recent) and all the other wrestlers... would you work for some one who might kill your career faster than WCW would??.. Sting was smart enough to wait for when WWE came knocking and needed his talent to keep thier ratings from dropping.
Love Scott and Rick Steiner!! Saw them at a high school in Syracuse. Made Scott laugh by saying loved him on Family Feud!! Total inspiration!!! Total truth on Vince and wwe!!
Scott is absolutely right! They brought him in, Goldberg and Sting and used them the exact same way. Let them win the title and a month later job for HHH.

on the fence about being a Steiner fan watch him and his brothers old Japan tag matches. Best work of his career. Love steiners. /watch?v=zH3zZGpsFNc /watch?v=Ovvsp98fleI
Steiners are the best tag team ever.
Steiner said "you know" 95 times in this interview in less than nine and a half minutes. You know that's got to be some kind of record you know.
Lol
I Always hoped Scott would do movies. Or they would put him in movies. He always hyped the crowd. Big fan
Bro imagine the promos between 01 Steiner and 2000 Rock lmfao
The Undertaker IS the best ever ;)
jason666king austin
Scott was a great heel and golden on the mic... His promos were very believable, unlike today's trash.
Pretty cool that Scott has such respect for the Rock
Next to the Great Muta, Scott is my favorite of all time.
And Muta is still around! Even in his early 50s. He just signed up with TNA recently.
Jason: You picked 2 great wrestlers my friend.
One of the great wrestling enigmas "The Great Muta" also has a sweet entrance theme.
@@gripsimpson Thank you.
BEST Steiner interview Ive ever seen.....Great fn questions man, THANK YOU!
Love him or hate him, he says what he thinks, with absolutely no fear of repercussions.
@Gene Bone It's an expression. It's like saying "Think what you like about him. I respect his candour."
Scott seems quite down to earth . He lives healthy and (from what I understand) is doing okay business-wise.
He is not big by body. He is also big by Heart. Great legend
Big Poppa Pump is my favorite!
WWE is too PG right now, it was way better before. It would've been nice to see Scott Steiner vs. The Rock.
dream match up
I love Scott. Forever & Always. Realest dude ever ❤
damn fucking right....that pg bullshit is fucking hard to watch
That is so true
One of my favorite wrestlers ever🙌🏾🔥🔥🐐
Hell yeah he is wearing a Mexico National Team Jersey.
That's what I thought at first but I think it's the German one. It would make sense cus I think he has German blood
JohnnyHez
It is the Mexican National Team emblem, the German one looks like a black bird with spread wings.
hgonz14 PEPPER STEAK FIXED A LIL BIT DIFFERENT WAY
Thats whats up. El tri
He's wearing a Mexico jersey I saw that!
"Ya...well you know.......you know....Ya.......you...........know........know......know....
him and Nick Diaz would have serious deep conversations.
Timmyboy505 you make a point...you know
Lmfaoooo
sounds jus like the undertaker when he does shoots
Must be an East coast thing. I hear more "you know" than I've heard in my life living on the East coast.
He was held back like hell in wwe
God I'd have loved a Rock vs Steiner feud. 2 intense and hilarious personalities butting heads is what pro wrestling is all about, and who has a crazier personality than the big booty daddy? Huge missed opportunity.
Agree with Scott 100% I can barely watch the current WWE. It looks ridiculous now, to soft. WCW Monday Night Nitro 4 life.
Great interview i think with mutual respect. Scotty seemed to like you, being really calm and chuckling here and there. Well done. Greetings from germany.
Some one needs to make a video with Scott edited together with him just saying "Ya Know" with a counter.
That's great! What an awesome idea.
***** same with hbk
Same with Taker.
+ArkonBlade people who do that its a sign that hve little knowledge of the english language
+stndrds79 Not necessarily. They are known as filler words or filler phrases and they are commonly used by people who need a second to think or clearly articulate what they're saying. They could be incredibly literate but may be poor speakers due to their excessive use of fillers.
Scott n the Rock would've had some epic promos
Great Interview.
Thank you and please subscribe.
You ask great questions man. Great interview!
wow, this is a completely different guy in this interview than the other shoots ive seen
Another great interview!!! JM
Scotty is the man.
Love Steiner...guy was the best on the mic
Here's what I took away from this: Steiner is unaware that his best work was in a PG environment, which WCW was, and it was how he 'stood out' when he started copying everything Superstar Graham did.
Okay you're a Scott Steiner fan, wonderful, doesn't change my opinion that he's a clone of Superstar Graham or that his best work was in a PG environment. It's a shame he left money on the table by refusing to become the NWA Champion back in think it was 91 or 92, no telling just how huge he really would've become
***** if u mean in ring ability yes ....anything else no he killed as a heel
***** You're an idiot, nWoWolfpack just took the time to explain a shitload of differences and you just completely disregarded it...what an ignorant little shit you are. I hope that isn't a picture of you in that avatar of yours....you look like you pack a LOT of fudge.
Chakratese
He looks like a 43 year old virgin with some sort of developmental disability.
raedeon He looks like any old middle aged man who used to be an athlete. Not sure what the fuck you are looking at.
Scotty is a good guy, He mentions they did a charity event for Jim kelly. Prayers for Jim Kelly. 👍
I could see Scotty after attempting to break someones back in the octagon. "Gimme the fucking mic"
really cool to hear scott say he remembers bray being a little fun loving athletic kid
Steiner & The Rock were the best on the mic in my opinion. A lot better then HHH, Ric Flair and Sean Michael's.
Thanks for the video, Rodolfo Roman
Steiners- Hall of Fame
He better be Legend don't know about him vs Rock when he was young Hello Yeah.
Scott Steiner you are the best wrestler toughest most inventive one of the Trailblazers should I say of wrestling and if given the chance I know you would do it all over again today none of those little peons and Today's wrestling couldn't handle you still you Goldberg Scott Steiner and Rick Steiner you are my top wrestlers and Dusty Rhodes are my number one wrestlers of all time my favorite wrestlers of all time
What he said about the PG thing is spot on. It has me to a point I forgot Raw came on last night. I looked at my phone and was like oh crap last night was Monday. PG needs to die
Nothing can be finer then to listen to a promo involving an Scott Steiner.
Triple H and all his goons tried to bury the rock for years and whats funny is the rock sky rocketed past them all and stayed on top
I cant think of any wrestler who is more worthy of a 3 disc wwe feature than Scott Steiner that has not been done yet. His early career matches and end of career promos would be so gold.
Is that a Mexican soccer team jersey? i see the emblem on it.
I was thinking the same thing I believe it is
yes it is the logo of the mexican team.. scott steiner is known to be a very big fan of mexico
+John Breitley fuck...I neee to go to mexico
umm dumass!! Mexican women like all kinds you ignorant fool. that's the problem with you ignorant f**** you guys are so narrow-minded and don't know what the hell you're talking about
Someone woke up with a thumb in their ass.....
the number one wrestler in the world tag team champions of all time Rick and Scott Steiner The Steiner Brothers
Rick was a better wrestler that Scott. Scott was just huge from steroids and his drug abuse held him back in WWE.
Some people say um and some people say you know... Um, you know..
Better than " You know what I'm sayin' "
dustin sefton um, i know, right?
Asmah Noordin it's just a regional accent. why bash one over others
I was Mesmermized by his calmness.
They don't get no SYMPY.
Mad respect to Scott..Honest n straight up
Wwe did destroy the wcw wrestlers.
***** The Booker T thing was the worst I loved Stone Cold but having Booker run from him through that super market Rock asking who he was ... burying at its worst
yup. i agree. if only Vince made wcw and ecw a threat...it would be great to watch.
+edwin layarda I think ECW was made more of a threat than WCW... was pathetic...
Total truth on Vince and wwe!!
ya know?
Scott is absolutely right! They brought him in, Goldberg and Sting and used them the exact same way. Let them win the title and a month later job for HHH.
Y'know-A-Mania
